True, you don't need to be a certified specialist! Anyone can become an expert, the main thing is to improve and remain competent in any situation

You're right. And the rating system will allow you to filter experts, making the choice of the right expert more and more effective each time!

Can you tell me more about the rating system? How it works?

Users leave feedback and evaluate the experts. Best experts climb up, the worst go down. It's simple.

Users leave feedback and evaluate the experts. Best experts climb up, the worst go down. It's simple.

Thus, those experts who will not be able to satisfy users will eventually be removed from the system. Therefore, these assessments will allow experts to understand what people liked and what did not like and improve in the right direction.

You are exactly right. It's not that different than Google Search results. If your website sucks you won't show up higher in the listings. Just like that, if you are not delivering value to people as an Expert you will continue to move lower in the rankings until you become invisible. Providing high quality service is key to remaining relevant on the platform.

This is really very important, and you are asleep with this task perfectly! The only thing is that if a person tries and improves, but he still gets different grades from excellent to bad - will there be a chance to make a rating better?

If you mean location, then no. We do language matching but location is irrelevant since it's a video call. You can see the Expert's location in their profile before Interfacing with them if that is important.

Oh, no, I was referring to the scope of the expert's work. However, the question about language and location was the same, so anyway thanks for the answer!

Yes, as far as I know there is a choice of field of activity, if you want to become an expert. Naturally, over time, the number of areas of activity will grow with the increase in the number of experts.

This is incorrect.

Each time you go online you can specify the topic or topics of your Expertise. When people search for that topic, you will appear in the search results.

Consider this the long tail model. There are potentially an infinite number of topics. I was just looking today and some of the topics I saw were "Reptile Care," "Meditation," "Aircraft Maintenance," and "Handling Social Situations."

I don't have the opportunity to check how it works yet, tell me if I need an expert in any field - I just make a request and get the result from the list of experts in the field I need?

You use the term "field" which is too narrow. Interface is based on the premise of "topic" (since there can be thousands of topics in a field).

At present, you will see Experts who are online and ready for your call for a matching topic at the time of your search. In the future, we will allow scheduled Interfaces.

If I understand correctly, we will have 30 seconds to understand each other and decide whether to consult, or refuse, right?

Yep. When the Interface begins, the billing meter doesn't start for 30 seconds. If either party ends the Interface during that period, the contract is cancelled and any escrow or surety funds are released.

Is the evaluation evaluated by the expert if the consultation was canceled within 30 seconds?

If the Interface is canceled by either party within 30 seconds it is as if it never happened. There is no rating by either party.
