I'm having an old Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo and there's no way I can get this app to work there, it always crashes on login. Any solutions? Androd verion 4.4.2

Not really, it just seems that the app doesn't work with devices which are not very recent. I' have tried to install it also on a tablet buy in Google play I've discovered that my device is not supported, so probably my Android version is not recent enough.

I'm not sure, I have all devices not older than 2 years, but on the old iPhone 6 everything works fine! However, I updated the IOS ... can you update your Android?

To update Android on an old phone (and sometimes also on a new phone) is the best way to make it unusable. It already happened to me a few times.
