The reason for long-term investment is the falling cryptocurrency market.Many people have bought in a growing market and if they sell now they will lose a lot.

How do you feel about long-term investment? Do you see the priorities in this? What do you think is the reason for this? Where to invest in your opinion?
I have invested BTC way back 2015 and hold it for a very long time until I sold it last December 2017 for about 18,000$   That is the power of long-term investment, holding coins is my bread and butter when it comes to crytocurrency world. I have a business here in Philippines, and 30% of my profits monthly are alloted for investments in cryptocurrency. Right now, I am holding differents coins whice are BTC, ETC, LTC, EOS and Ripple, I see this potential coins or altcoins that could bring huge profit margin in the future. I chose them because of their potential growth, sustainability, security and profitability. You have to do research before getting into something that's involve with money in order for you to avoid lost, I suggest that you peak at least TOP 20 coins in the market today in order to have peace of mind, just avoid coins that do not have solid support from the community and developers. For me in my own opinion I believe that, long term investment is the best because that is the right way that we can get the biggest amount of money, compare to short term investment. |

Generally not a good idea to invest in long. If it's not projects like NKN, Fusion, and so on. The market is constantly evolving. If you decide to invest in long, watch out for newer corruptors. For there will be a new alnogical project and all your investments will turn into dust.

Long-term investment is only for those high-quality projects, such as neo, after two years of anyway, it eventually gained a hundredfold appreciation. However, projects that lack the capacity of other teams are failing. So this is a test of your research and your ability to choose.

Personally i will go in long term investment it looks like it has a big gain compare to the short term, in short term investment is only you want quick money but it is very risky to do that perhaps it maybe you lossing your investment, while long term investment im felt that im going to rich in long term investment. |

Sonder is the best one for long term
Litecoin or EOS could be a longterm coin. I would pick Ethereum too but it does not have any weight over here since people state that the most in this thread. |

I am very happy to invest in the long term. Because I think the long-term investment is very profitable although the risk is very heavy. But if you can get through the process of long-term investment, I'm sure you'll get a huge profit. |

If you really wanna invest for a long term (year or more) then choose only fundamentally strong coins, and preferentially select blockchains like EOS, ETH, NEO and others. Almost all of them have good potential to give a huge profit on a long distance.

even bitcoin-the biggest cryptocurrency right now still seem like shit coin  ( I scare not to buy them at dip cause it's too risky. long term investment is no more trend this year. |

Long term investment is the best way to approach blockchain projects in my opinion, but everyone should set realistic targets which they intend to meet as time passes.
This will be points where they take occasional profits as their tokens increases on value

Holding is not suitable for bull market but with this situation now, it is the best choice, i think. You can choose some potential coins which have low price now such as WPR, BTC, TRON and hold in few months.

There's a lot of reason why long-term investment is better that in short-term investment or daily trading and one of that is Big profit. You can get a big profit if you will invest in a good project like Ethereum or Bitcoin that fits in long term hold. |
