You can always pool mine (there are now three active pools) while you wait. You don't need a client or synchronization for that.
Anyway, as difficulty increases with price, solo mining may not be a very good option soon, unless you have strong hash power.
Yes, I probably will. I don't have very high hash power, and I'm not having much luck with DMD. I'm new to solo mining and don't really understand what I see. I see tentative transactions show up, and they get stuck there. If I restart the software they disappear. Are they stale or orphaned? I also see "Number of transactions: 4", but only two transactions are showing. And that's after having at least 5 blocks accepted according to CGWatcher. So I'm confused.

Actually, network has problem few hours before, so it s ok that your miner could not submit blocks successfully. Please give a try now.

Just wondering if there are any PPS pools? I didn't see any in the OP but I am not sure if it is kept up to date either.
Thanks in advance

No PPS pool yet. You may want to look at
dmdpool.net | 1% PPLNS
or
pool.diamondblocks.info| 1% PPLNS

dmdpool.digsys.bg is PROP not PPLNS.

they are so fast these DMD, straight to your wallet and rare! these are a real btc rival.still would like a second opinion on future price but, i think at least a few btc each, and if btc can go too between 10k and 100k each could these go higher? ? it's the question i keep asking myself, there faster, more secure, and the name is beautiful, and cheap, so cheap right now i want another 5k!!! need to wait for more money but.

I agree that DMD is way underpriced right now and should skyrocket, especially if more good news comes from the dev team. But, 5k DMD means that you invested 17-18 BTC or almost all today's volume at cryptsy. Maybe you're exaggerating a little? If not, you'll soon be a rich man! According to coinmarketcap.com, there are 190,000 DMD out there. So, you're holding like 2.5% of the monetary base!!!

Come to think of it, this coin is so scarce that it would be easy for someone to accumulate a large portion of the whole monetary base (especially at these prices). Whether this is a good or a bad thing, I don't know...
