Learning about cryptocurrency is a good idea but it is already a part of some technology that we call Blockchain. We should first learn about Blockchain technology and how we can utilize it and later learn about cryptos. Blockchain is being implemented worldwide and there is only a small population learning about Blockchain in different countries.

Do you think that cryptocurrency should be taught in schools or University? Specially in the field of business management?

As a student, I believe it will give us an advantage to this so called cryptoworld, right?

It is very wise idea to learn cryptocurrency in school so that it will help students also financially. They can also do cryptocurrency while studying for as long as they don't ignore they studies and do good in all their subjects.

they are already at proper age so for me it would be fine at a young age that they will finally have it and learned it since the world crypto really spreading all over the world and we cannot stop it anymore so why not teach them while they are still at their teen age life so they can explore more to it.

I think this applies only to places that accept virtual currency and use it in their daily lives. This is extremely beneficial for students as they are equipped as well as gaining early access to digital money, which is the currency of the future. This will help them to use them properly, help them become rich and have a real career

.

I have been discussing this topic recently and I have been suggesting that offering subjects, courses, degrees or electives relevant to cryptocurrencies would significantly help the blockchain technology in uncovering its potential and process through a series of studies and developments made by students. Once their interest shift into cryptocurrency, they are actually contributing to the idea of having a decentralized form of payment, which may sway the decision of the government into making it legal or as an alternative currency around the world.

Blockchain technology is a technological innovation, so it must be taught. On the other hand, cryptocoins has a massive marketcap in today's world. It is obvious that cryptocoins have a large portion of the economy.

Definitely agree. Slowly, the world is shifting towards a technological revolution wherein we are inevitably embracing a new type of transactions. Everything is bound to start from somewhere and maybe today is the day wherein the currency will shift from fiat to a digitalized one powered under the blockchain technology.

Yes it should. Cryptocurrency is the future of money and students are the future. They should know about it, its ideology, its principles and uses. This will help students better understand cryptocurrency and adopt its use at early age

This will be a great news if its happen, imagine students are giving a chance to learn cryptocurrency in the university but what would happen if this happen? There are still many holes or plan that we should consider before the government allow bitcoin in universities. There are some cases that parents will ask what is the best cryptocurrency to learn or to use something like that but if they want it to teach it in college they need to prepare a lot of time to plan what are the things that we need to consider in order for this to happen.

I think its a great idea to start course on Cryptocurrecy in university level. There's lot of things to know about it and it will be helpful if students get proper guideline. We all should know about the future of our currency system.

This is a great idea, because the more people learn about the crypto currency, the stronger and stronger the crypto currency becomes! In addition, the technology will be developed in any case!

There's probably not enough content to have an entire university degree taught on cryptocurrencies. However, if you start talking about blockchain, and its development in depth, then you could certainly fill a syllabus with that, but I doubt it would be worth paying for it as the information is freely available on the internet. There are few, if any specialist text books for blockchain because everyone knows that digital is the future.

This is Indeed a good one, Rome wasn't built in a day, very soon it will happen. There are  already Mini instructions teaching cryptocurrency. This is a sign that it can happen in the main stream. I believe cryptocurrency and blockchain technology will one day be taught in the university .

As a college student, this is the ideal to have cryptocurrency be taught in schools even high school. Teaching the students on how to invest and the benefits on what can we get from it but for sure the government won't allow it that's because they don't own or hold the crypto world. They are afraid of what it can happen to the economics of the country. If this is possible to happen we should push it through but it would be a hard battle especially it is hard to exactly who will be able to do it and even we are not sure who is the founder of bitcoin. So before this all happens we need to solve our own problem and so that we can make this happen.

Precisely, bitcoin would be a great help for you in terms of financial aspect. If you can gain some money here then you can pay your own tuition and you can even help your family in terms of financial services.
That is really a good plan and this idea might be realizd in the near future. Students will accustomed earlier to get involved in investment including making financial plan for their future. This is also one way to support and promote bitcoin while improving student's knowledge.

I know that it is possible to take some classes about cryptocurrency in Czech Universities. It is perfect because it gives students a chance to learn more about shared economy and principles about decentralization. So, I hope to see more crypto-related courses for both technical and business students.

Of course, young minds have always been valued for the speed of thought, perception, and the freshness and uniqueness of new ideas. Such topics should definitely be taught in higher education.

I'm a student. But I believe that cryptocurrencies are still too risky and difficult topic to study in universities. It will take more time.

I guess you're right.  It may not be one of thier major subject but for it to be included in their academics is a big advantage for the students to be more knowledgeable in cryptoworld. This can also help them and will benifit them in the future. The fact that we are now living in a very modernize technology it is a great idea to have this included in school academics.

I agree it shouldnalso be taught to universities, since it is relatively new, it should undergo process first, I guess it should be for those who understands technology and how it goes, that is for the technical side, then how it should be invested, then lastly on how you can use it in the real world,  hopefully not like fiat, they just teach kids that there is a money and you need to work hard to get it so kill yourself in your job, but in crypto it is different, you will use critical thinking, since you will be doing a lot of analysis before and after buying coins, however, I am not a university professor, I do not know what curriculum should be introduced, but what I know is block chain should be there, how to create a coin, how it gains value, since that what basically what we are doing.
