if they will have crypto i hope we can have the bounty for that.

Bounty for that... You mean on the forum? That will really be interesting to see after much critism on ico s. We are waiting to see how is going to go.

that was the latest trend in the crypto world facebook is creating their own coin, also some news saying that they will only using the blockchain technology. But the speculation that facebook will be having their coin gained popularity because of the news that facebook will be banning crypto related ads.
They would really just using blockchain technology which is good yet transactions would really be on public but I do still treat this token to be similar on fiat itself. It might have a new form and do simply things up unlike before but still it will just benefits its owner only.
that would be great. atleast we know the owner. if it fails, we can arrest him. hahaha
No it isn't. Wont be a possible thing because of popularity of facebook. Failing out would be most likely on very very slim chance.

I don't like the idea of Facebook having ICO project in the first place aside from many people are using it, I don't like seeing some note when creating your Facebook account in 2019 that you need to drop some satoshi or BTC or Facebook Token on a certain wallet before even creating since you need to find a token holder in order to create one and some people will do overprice it when no one are willing to sell their token in the market.

Heard a rumor that facebook  was thinking about launching their own crypto. What do you guys think about this?

Would also love your feedback on Algebraix. App that keeps your data private and pays you to watch ads. how do you think they will measure up to the advertising giants like facebook and google?
Where did you hear that "rumors". I highly doubt, they banned adverts of all ICO/cryptorelated things and if they launch their coin, it will be another explotion after fb's privacy issues.
My feedback on Algebraix isn't good. Firstly I don't want anyone to "keep" my data "private" and then, they can't beat fb or google in advertising. Just see google adsense, their CPC and etc, it's the most amazing thing for advertisers, there is no better alternative and I highly doubt anyone will pay more than google.

If they are doing this because of the issue regarding the data privacy law then this is a good move. I think Blockchain Technology is the answer to all their problems with regard to data privacy.

But if you will ask me, I will not believe in rumors. I will wait and research if Facebook really is creating their own crypto. If they do that, I have no idea what is their project all about and what will be their coin's name.

If Facebook decides to own a cryptocurrency coin, It will receive support because as a brand name is already popular. Its ICO will be swift. It will gain trust because of the brand name. The coin whitepaper will enable further growth depending on the content. Facebook cryptocurrency coin will gain wide popularity as compared to other coins.

It could be possible but after banning all the ads related to crypto currency, I don't know. Maybe we should wait for their official announcement rather than just believing in rumors. One thing is for sure, if they do, I'll buy. There's a big chance that it's gonna click.

Well for me if they wanted to ban advertising, it's already banned.
But now everything is working fine, as well as in the tweeter. I think that in time it will show what and how

It is not a rumor I think, they are creating an crypto currency and soon they are going to launch their ICO that is why they stopped promoting the other crypto currencies in facebook.

And I don't have any idea about what app you talking about?

I'm not too sure about that, because what I know that facebook even bans cryptocurrency ads on facebook, so how they can create their own crypto while they ban it.

They didn't ban it,they just stop promoting the ICOs,so we can conclude that they only want their ICO ads in their platform right. But still nothing clear about this but I think Mark will announce about these thing soon.

I didn't heard that before until I saw this topic. If that is true, then maybe all cryptocurrencies advertising will no longer allowed to facebook because for sure they will advertise their own crypto to facebook.

It is not far thing to happen, facebook has been so innovative and extremely influencial to millions, therefore it is nearly possible too if one day they will end up creating their own crypto as well. But for now i would like to stay optimistic that crypto world would soon be dominating to millions

Oh like that, I just found out, thank you.
So senior coins such as bitcoin, litecoin, eth, still allowed to advertise on facebook?
If it's right, I hope Facebook creates its own cryptocurrency.
If that happens maybe advertising on facebook will use the coins they make, then the deal on facebook will use the coin as well, and most importantly the popularity of cryptocurrency will continue to rise and the more known the people in the world.

That could be extremely nice.
Facebook is used weekly by billions of people and I can't even imagine better way to promote cryptos and blockchain. The problem I see is that they anyway with have to pay taxes, how are they going to realize that? Anyway, nice to hear that

Don't believe they can do it in the nearest future. Facebook always catches most attention from government and powers worldwide, so regulation is required. There is no such at the moment in the US itself, not taking into account ither coutries.

If facebook creating their own crypto, then it is great that the virtual currency is no longer a code name, we can know who the user, and users will be widely popular thanks to the giant network This. However I think this is unlikely, because facebook can not replace the original blockchain we use for trading now. Maybe we should wait for their official announcement instead of just believing rumors. One thing is for sure, if they do, I will buy

Until my knowledge they never banned any posts regarding crypto currencies, they just stopped promoting the ads,so as an indivitual are free to post anything about cryptos but if someone is spamming about it then his account maybe suspended by facebook.
But coins like bitcoin and ethereum no need advertisement and no one is willing to advertise them so it may not be a problem in the prices,it only affect the ICOs.
