.....
Trudeau flew six passengers, including his family and a hired nanny, to a family vacation in the Bahamas on the private Bombardier Challenger jet.

Trudeau’s trip to Nassau emitted an estimated 19.9 to 23.3 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere, according to GreenAir and James Tansey, a University of British Columbia professor.

According to Environment Canada in 2014, the average Canadian produced about 20.6 tonnes of CO2.

What the hell would you expect? Him to leave the nanny behind?

Of course not.  Just tuck her away out of sight for his photo-op on the plane stairs.

What a slimy piece of shit.

When they bring on the genetically engineered biblical 'plagues', it will be all our fault because of our 'carbon footprint'.  Just like the climate catastrophe they keep promising us.

I was very happy with reddit, but there is a lot of censorship in the groups.
Science group was one of my favorite but I don't follow it any more as it has changed a lot and much censorship has taken place during the last years.

Man-eating tigers could hunt down more humans due to climate change

The reasons why big cats turn on humans are complex and can be specific to individuals. But they can no longer be explained outside the context of climate change. Biodiversity depletion, habitat loss, extreme weather events, and a greater struggle over natural resources are affecting how animals live across the entire Indian subcontinent, and indeed the world. We should look to the case of Avni not for the peculiar baiting method, but rather for what her life and death tells us about the climate crisis.

The reasons why big cats turn on humans are complex and can be specific to individuals. But they can no longer be explained outside the context of climate change. ...

I've been thinking.

Maybe we SHOULD listen to the kinds of people that mercilessly harassed Kavanugh when they scream at us about climate change.

Maybe we SHOULD listen to those who fiercely argue that delusional men with dicks should be able to ruin women's sports, when they want to take our money for good cause like climate change.

Maybe we SHOULD listen to those who believe it's okay to kill eight and a half month old fetus but must save the snail darters, when they scream about how there's only twelve years left to save the planet.

Maybe we SHOULD listen to those who want to shut down free and open discussion on Reddit, Facebook and Twitter when they lecture us about climate change.

Young People Blame Climate Change For Their Small 401(k) Balances

Lori Rodriguez, a 27-year-old communications professional in New York City, is not saving for retirement, and it isn’t necessarily because she can’t afford to — it’s because she doesn’t expect it to matter.

Like many people her age, Rodriguez believes climate change will have catastrophic effects on our planet. Some 88% of millennials — a higher percentage than any other age group — accept that climate change is happening, and 69% say it will impact them in their lifetimes. Engulfed in a constant barrage of depressing news stories, many young people are skeptical about saving for an uncertain future.

“I want to hope for the best and plan for a future that is stable and secure, but, when I look at current events and at the world we are predicting, I do not see how things could not be chaotic in 50 years,” Rodriguez says. “The weather systems are already off, and I don’t think it’s hyperbolic to be a little apocalyptic.”

Mental-health issues affecting young adults and adolescents in the U.S. have increased significantly in the past decade, a study published in March in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology found. The number of individuals between the ages of 18 and 25 reporting symptoms of major depression increased 52% from 2005 to 2017, while older adults did not experience any increase in psychological stress at this time, and some age groups even saw decreases. Study author Jean Twenge says this may be attributed to the increased use of digital media, which has changed modes of interaction enough to impact social lives and communication. Millennials are also said to suffer from “eco-anxiety,” according to a 2018 report from the American Psychological Association, with 72% saying their emotional well-being is affected by the inevitability of climate change, compared with just 57% of people over the age of 45.

Fortunately the solution is easy;  pay carbon taxes to rich people and let Goldman-Sachs run a trading platform for cap-n-trade operations.

And, of course, get geo-engineering (aka, weather modification) going ASAP.  The fact that weather futures and droughting out one's enemies who don't want to play ball has nothing to do with it.  It's all to save the earth don't you know.

[...]
As a scientist myself, it became clear to me that the contrarians were not capable of providing the science to support their “skepticism” on climate change. The evidence simply does not exist to justify continued denial that climate change is caused by humans and will be bad. There is always legitimate debate around the cutting edge of research, something we see regularly. But with climate change, science that has been established, constantly tested, and reaffirmed for decades was routinely called into question.

Over and over, solid peer-reviewed science was insulted as corrupt, while blog posts from fossil-fuel-funded groups were cited as objective fact. Worst of all, they didn’t even get the irony of quoting oil-funded blogs that called university scientists biased.

The end result was a disservice to science and to rational exploration, not to mention the scholarly audience we are proud to have cultivated. When 97 percent of climate scientists agree that man is changing the climate, we would hope the comments would at least acknowledge if not reflect such widespread consensus. Since that was not the case, we needed more than just an ad hoc approach to correct the situation.

The answer was found in the form of proactive moderation. About a year ago, we moderators became increasingly stringent with deniers. When a potentially controversial submission was posted, a warning would be issued stating the rules for comments (most importantly that your comment isn’t a conspiracy theory) and advising that further violations of the rules could result in the commenter being banned from the forum.

In other scientific news CRYOSAT SATELLITE FINDS ARCTIC ICE INCREASED 50% IN VOLUME

Around 90 per cent of the increase is due to retention of older ice
This year’s multi-year ice is now around 30 cm thicker than last year
Experts claim increase does not indicate a reversal in long-term trends

I know they trolls with stupid hypothesis and ideas that holds no sense and are against the scientific findings but banning an idea is not what science is.
Scientist had once banned people telling the earth revolves around the sun and look how the things have turned.
We can't be too sure about knowing everything. That's why every ideas should get a place, however absurd it may sound.

We are doing a pretty good job holding into than what the primitive organisms in ice age did with our earth.
It was all snow around the word but those bloody creatures built too much factories and heated up our earth.
And those brutes didn't even had an international organization to blame themselves.

"get"? I like how the narrative is always that weather weapons don't already exist, that this new idea needs to be developed. This is just globalist mind control propaganda to hide [occult] weapons that have existed for thousands of years. They use these weapons to keep the orphan trains running on time.

I am not sure whether you are serious here, i have not heard about young tigers hunting down humans, majority of these case have being reported when an old tiger who does not have the strength to hunt in the wild come over to residential areas for easy prey and other things can be factored into it such as the deforestation and that is the root cause of animals vs human encounters.

Look at my sig, then look at who started this thread so to have a better understanding of the... mmm... atmosphere here. It is a listing, among other things, of all the stupidest excuses invented to justify the lie called Global Climate Warming Change... A taxation for breathing. The giant Tony the tiger was a subtle hint, you missed it, that's OK.

Thank you for your participation.

I must suggest here, that there is more to the subject of tigers and humans than you may know. Here is a story of a tiger in a residential area in Houston, Texas. Now, how many more tigers may be hiding out that we don't know about?

The Stunning Statistical Fraud Behind The Global Warming Scare

https://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/the-stunning-statistical-fraud-behind-the-global-warming-scare/?sfns=xmwa

What do we mean by fraudulent? How about this: NOAA has made repeated "adjustments" to its data, for the presumed scientific reason of making the data sets more accurate.

Nothing wrong with that. Except, all their changes point to one thing — lowering previously measured temperatures to show cooler weather in the past, and raising more recent temperatures to show warming in the recent present.

This creates a data illusion of ever-rising temperatures to match the increase in CO2 in the Earth's atmosphere since the mid-1800s, which global warming advocates say is a cause-and-effect relationship. The more CO2, the more warming.

The earth is an advanced engineered structure covered by a steel dome and the temperature is controlled by not man. The level of clown world insanity here is really over the top.

People ask why would clowns lie about the shape of the earth, well carbon taxes are one of million fucking reasons.
