No we know with a great deal of certainty what the greenhouse effect is, how it works, and how humans are contributing to it. The real debate surrounding climate change is more about what our response should be or how we should react. There is no real debate about what is going on. Only red herrings from people like you on the internet.
Obiously you have not read the UN's technical reports. Or given your history of lying, this may just be another example.

Also: Greta Thunberg Apologizes For Threatening To Put Politicians Up Against The Wall’Greta Thunberg apologized Saturday after saying that politicians should be put “against the wall” after some critics alleged that the teen climate activist was advocating for violence against officials. “Yesterday I said we must hold our leaders accountable and unfortunately said “put them against the wall”. That’s Swenglish: “att ställa någon mot väggen” (to put someone against the wall) means to hold someone accountable,” Thunberg tweeted. “That’s what happens when you improvise speeches in a second language. But of course I apologise if anyone misunderstood this. I can not enough express the fact that I – as well as the entire school strike movement- are against any possible form of violence. It goes without saying but I say it anyway,” she continued. https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/474608-greta-thunberg-apologizes-after-saying-politicians-should-be?rnd=1576377470

Wait, so there's something wrong with putting politicians up against the wall??? What are we going to do? Leave them in their downtown and DC offices?

Glacier National Park Quietly Removes Its "Gone By 2020" SignsOfficials at Glacier National Park (GNP) have begun quietly removing and altering signs and government literature which told visitors that the Park’s glaciers were all expected to disappear by either 2020 or 2030. In recent years the National Park Service prominently featured brochures, signs and films which boldly proclaimed that all glaciers at GNP were melting away rapidly. But now officials at GNP seem to be scrambling to hide or replace their previous hysterical claims while avoiding any notice to the public that the claims were inaccurate. Teams from Lysander Spooner University visiting the Park each September have noted that GNP’s most famous glaciers such as the Grinnell Glacier and the Jackson Glacier appear to have been growing - not shrinking - since about 2010. (The Jackson Glacier—easily seen from the Going-To-The-Sun Highway—may have grown as much as 25% or more over the past decade.) The centerpiece of the visitor center at St. Mary near the east boundary is a large three-dimensional diorama showing lights going out as the glaciers disappear. Visitors press a button to see the diorama lit up like a Christmas tree in 1850, then showing fewer and fewer lights until the diorama goes completely dark. As recently as September 2018 the diorama displayed a sign saying GNP’s glaciers were expected to disappear completely by 2020. But at some point during this past winter (as the visitor center was closed to the public), workers replaced the diorama’s ‘gone by 2020’ engraving with a new sign indicating the glaciers will disappear in “future generations.” Almost everywhere, the Park’s specific claims of impending glacier disappearance have been replaced with more nuanced messaging indicating that everyone agrees that the glaciers are melting. Some signs indicate that glacial melt is “accelerating.” A common trick used by the National Park Service at GNP is to display old black-and-white photos of glaciers from bygone years (say, “1922”) next to photos of the same glaciers taken in more recent years showing the glaciers much diminished (say, “2006”). Anyone familiar with glaciers in the northern Rockies knows that glaciers tend to grow for nine months each winter and melt for three months each summer. Thus, such photo displays without precise calendar dates may be highly deceptive. Last year the Park Service quietly removed its two large steel trash cans at the Many Glacier Hotel which depicted “before and after” engravings of the Grinnell Glacier in 1910 and 2009. The steel carvings indicated that the Glacier had shrunk significantly between the two dates. But a viral video published on Wattsupwiththat.com showed that the Grinnell Glacier appears to be slightly larger than in 2009. The ‘gone by 2020’ claims were repeated in the New York Times, National Geographic, and other international news sources. But no mainstream news outlet has done any meaningful reporting regarding the apparent stabilization and recovery of the glaciers in GNP over the past decade. Even local Montana news sources such as The Missoulian, Billings Gazette and Bozeman Daily Chronicle have remained utterly silent regarding this story. (Note that since September 2015 the author has offered to bet anyone $5,000 that GNP’s glaciers will still exist in 2030, in contradiction to the reported scientific consensus. To this day no one has taken me up on my offer. –R.R.) https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-06-10/glacier-national-park-quietly-removes-its-gone-2020-signs

My suggestion as to the replacement: Watch out for bears! And with a warming climate and all the ice melting, watch out for Polar Bears! Those regular bears are just lunch for them! And when they run out of black and brown bears, it's your time to be lunch! Don't worry about safety, the bears will be fine. Remember, no firearms in the park!

They dont need to remove them in Slovenia. Since glaciers are mainly gone. 50 years ago you could ski on them in Spring. Here you have 1 minute video of one how it changed during last 120 years: https://www.facebook.com/176703559080895/videos/1313038882114018/The argument about the climate change is definitively not about its existence. Argument is that carbon is the main substance of life and it is not bad if there is to much of it, since will just give more life. But that happening means a change. World will change and is already changing. So what every country should do is to calculate how much will that change cost them. For some countries that live on a small islands it will of course cost them everything, since they will be gone. For some countries like Russia and Canada will not cost them that much since they will also profit from the warmer climate. It is this simple. Just put numbers on paper. What all we will have to gave up and what all we will gain. In general people hate changes. Specially old people. So there is no brainier we will love to keep it as much as we can as it is right now. Or better as it was 50 years ago.

You aren't thinking about the timescale of evolution. A rapid change in environment causes mass extinctions. It doesn't matter if CO2 is generally important to life. Changing the levels so quickly and the pH of the oceans so quickly triggers massive death. Sure, if the changes we're seeing now occurred slowly over the course hundreds of millions of years, life could just adapt but thats not whats happening. Even if we end up with more biomass, we're losing biodiversity (total number of species).
Humanity has demonstrated that people can't simply move from one country where conditions are poor to another where conditions are good. Borders, duh.

No one want to spend money for adoption to changes. That is why there is plan to reduce carbon emissions so changes will be as little as possible.

I'm not so optimistic about the whole thing. I mean, people that acknowledge climate is changing still use cars and ripe all the infrastructure that's harming our planet regardless of their "endeavours" to influence the situation (usually by talking and bashing on corporations which doesn't really help much).
If we want to change, each one of us should take some practical steps. It's all about individual responsibility

There's dumping toxic crap that chokes plants and animals to death and makes people sick, you know like roundup and chemtrail aerosols, then there's this substance plants breathe called carbon dioxide.
According to Greta (her handlers were just exposed by some social media platform bug) every breath you exhale is killing the planet and only carbon credits can save us all from certain economic doom, the financial cost of gassing you bastards to death geoengineering the climate is overwhelming and needs to be offset.

I don't know why everyone is so hyped about climate change in last 20 years. Isn't it obvious that elon musk is going to make going to mars available soon? Just send the trash, and by trash I mean humans! Ahahaha.

It's the exhaust from those coal fired power plants working 24/7 to hold that firmament up in the sky that's the real problem.

The OP in this thread couldn't be more wrong. The trend-line for arctic ice is steeply downwards to the point where we'll be seeing ice-free arctics (as defined for data-collection methods) by 2030. Here's the actual data: You can find the data here: http://psc.apl.uw.edu/research/projects/arctic-sea-ice-volume-anomaly/I totally agree with any serious climate discussion forum either banning or ignoring climate change denialists. And also both of the terms Global Warming and Climate Change are accurate. On average the earth is warming, globally and the climate is changing (to the extent that it's an issue). The gotcha-ism on the term Global Warming is just embarrassingly retarded.
