I too ordered from the Ninja (exactly one day before I ordered from Bitmain) .
I'm in Canada, the Ninja is in US, so I though I'll get in about 2 days.
The Bitmain shipment arrived from China yesterday, while the Ninja one will arrive on Monday !   
And it cost me 3 BTC on top of that. 
They forgot to provide a commercial invoice and the package got delayed ...

And he keeps talking about fast and trouble-free shipping, while I'm losing money !

Our Queue is high.  We are shipping units in stock.  In fact we have several units in stock.  We import 2-3 times weekly.
All orders placed prior to my previous messages should have received tracking by now.

Good to see you care, but I would appreciate a compensation of some sort.
I think it's only fair.
BITMAIN is giving back 0.2 BTC to his customers as appreciation.
I would accept a few USB miners too.
We all chose you, because you promised fast delivery.
Now on top of paying a much higher price, I will lose 5 days worth of mining.

Pricing is fixed.  Demand is extremely high so prices are subject to change.

We shipped units all this week.  
More units will start shipping out next week.

Ninja is gonna have a beer and cigarette as he is incredibly stressed out from working 4 weeks of 18-22 hour days.

Also, Please keep in mind that these will probably be the last units you can get until February 17th or so as Chinese New Year is coming up very soon.

I ordered around noon PST on jan 18th, when I saw a post saying you still have orders in stock (as well as the website)... but my order still shows processing.  With your newest post, I have to wait 8+ days for shipping?

I just ordered two of these but I didnt get the kit as I allready have psus... The only other thing I see in the kit is jumper cables? Is this all I will need and are these just jumpers to connect two power pins on the boards?
