I never sold my First bitcoin. Are you also emotionally bound to bitcoin?

It has been 2 years that I bought my First bitcoin. I have never been able to sell or trade it. Is it only me who is emotionally binded or does this happened with anyone else?

Also, is it a good thing to be emotionally attached so much to Bitcoins?

Honestly, I have never seen anyone emotionally attached to Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency ever it's good to see someone taking it this much serious. I really appreciate your interest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But I do not think that Bitcoin is made to hold I believe Bitcoin is just another payment method system instead of an investment method. I used to buy and sell Bitcoin whenever any and I do not care to store them or invest them for any short or long-term investment.

Bitcoin wasn't created for its use as an investment, it was created because it serves as a trustless monetary system.
It serves to shift the power from banks over to the people. You don't have to rely on third parties anymore to take control of your money.

If trading is the only use-case of Bitcoin that you can think of, I'd do some more research if I were you.

Its my first bitcoin.Emotionally bound to it and save it for better purposes but when emergency come i have to give it up and sell it.

It depends on people. For sure you are attached in bitcoin and you can not let go it in your hand. I think you are only regret losing your bitcoins or used it. Maybe you only want to earn and earn bitcoin and stock it in your wallet until it become huge amount. However, you can not keep it in a long time because there will come a time that you need to spend it.

Your act is completely natural because first bitcoin takes an important place in people's life. I cannot trade my very first bitcoin too. People have a tendency to be emotionally attached to something. This is total natural.

Well I'm not easily attached to some things so if I was in your position during that moment I will surely do the different way. First of all my goal here in bitcoin is to earn a profit and make a money for me. If I had that opportunity of making a bitcoin and exchange it for a higher value of money then I will do it. The only thing that will stop me from selling bitcoin is when I think that the odds is against me.

If I were you I would not do the same thing and my approach will be different. I came to this system to earn money and make a profit for me so I understand that I must not get attached with bitcoin. I know that time will come when I sell it then it will come back to me again. It is so easy for me to release something so I'm not emotionally attached to bitcoin.

I think it's normal for you to be attached for you investment. But if there comes a time that your btc should be sold, better be practical than emotional.
