what bs i still see antolavex playing how can u guys keep lying about banning these players?
i have the same question. i saw antonlavex, klimt, ledzeppelin and samathajones at tourney after you siad you banned them id 4384 they did not only open on demand tourneys and push all in first hand to scam YOU. they also did teamplay chipdumping etc. on a couple of other tourneys where they scammed US (your players). i just saw that there is a different nick playing now its not "antonlavex" but "antonlevax" well i think its obvious that this might be the same guy and this guy is also bitnorbia trying to scam at cash tables now also. they don´t even try to hide. will you refound the scammed players? ah maybe it wasnt antolavex i saw playing and maybe it was the new name? We don't believe you saw antolavex playing after his ban, because it would be impossible for him to as well as any account from any domain he has played on before. So you are using a different definition of banned than everyone else.
We are unsure what you mean by this? When we ban them from playing, we block every IP they have ever registered in from from signing up, so I yes, this is a different definition of banning than everyone else. We thank everyone for their assistance. Great tournament action going on yesterday, today... so why is antonlevax not banned? he was able to play the last nightly 10 freeroll! he scammed people colluding on cash tables with his second account bitnorbia. Watching antonlevax's play carefully indicated that he actually played fairly most of the time and played cash tables as well frequently fairly, then he teamed up with the other 5 players who were all banned and it appeared that he went back to normal play. Are you saying that he is colluding on cash tables now with bitnorbia. We gave him a warning last time and if this has continued, he is now banned. Thank you for your vigilance. i havent seen rames,chainsmoker, stinky and antonlavex and his crew for a while are they banned for sure this time? |

it only took me 2 min to find bitnorba´s(who should be banned already) new multi acocunts
tito019, carbont9 pleis and maybe more.
ramses, Stinky and Chain Smoker also still scamm around...
even on the leaderboards you can find a lot of scammers...
you do not do anything to protect your players so why do you lie about that?
as long as you do not do anything to protect your players i won´t continue playing on your site.

idk it makes me sort of angry though.
ramses chainsmoker stinky just played in the 100 guarantee 6 max they were the only ones to play in it so you bet they just shoved allin first hand.
that means the winner just got a huge ass advantage on the leaderboards today and took you guys to the cleaners for 70 chips.

Hey thanks for all the positive comments, we really appreciate your support. This is all a part of a growing poker website that saw nearly 100 players online yesterday. There is a process to weeding out the colluders which is continually formalized. Of course, not everytime these players play do they scam and the first message that goes out is a warning that forbids them from transferring btc or withdrawing. When the funds are cut off, they usually stop, at least for awhile. If it happens again, they are immediately banned. Also, it would be helpful, if instead of complaining on bitcointalk you sent support an email so that we could be very quick and vigilant about this as most of our players do. And lastly obviously our goal is to protect our players or there will be no website to play at. Thank you again for your support. |

An email does pretty well actually most times as most players want to do the right thing and once they are called out they correct their behavior and if they cannot withdraw or transfer funds then there is no point as well. The three you mentioned above were taking advantage of overlay but playing pretty well, but they have been banned. Also, very interesting comment about grinandbearit as he has been helpful in stopping collusion, and you have been exceptional notserp and we appreciate it. |

maybe you can not read but i did not say a word about cheating to get on the leaderboard... regarding darkbet... not playing against you because of personal reasons is no scam... i think this thread is not the correct place to discuss that but everybode can read and discuss that on the darkbet thread. |
