I constantly monitor Cryptsy (and other exchanges) processing of deposits for coins we mine. MEM is extremely backlogged at Cryptsy, and as far as I'm aware isn't accepted anywhere else.. We've mined a lot of it in the last 24hrs, so much that when the deposits finally clear, the auto-sells will bottom the market. Thus, MEM is presently disabled

I monitor all of our coins -- how they perform with the pools current hashrate, how high the reject % is for users on coins, etc -- and enable/disable them as needed.

There is only one issue with the current system on the auto-switch pool and that is the vardiff setting for users with a higher hashrate.
On a pool switch it starts with 32 and moves up, the moment it increases >>switch rinse and repeat...

The low difficulty hurts my hashrate and I lose up to 45% with an average of 20 to 25%
Is it possible to make it user set like multipool? or to begin with at least 128?

We just moved to 64 as the default, with a plan to move to 128 soon. Individual worker difficulty is not on my present to-do list at this time.

Im having a problem with my Hash rate only showing about half Of what it should be showing.  At first it showed correct but I checked it later and it was only showing half of my output.

Also Im having a pretty high reject rate, is this normal for this pool?

It happens from time to time. We swap coins sometimes rather quickly.. and since the hashrate display is a 10minute average, that can affect it quite a bit. Reject % is an issue for some of the coins we mine, I've weighted that against the profitability calculations

NET and MEM coin withdrawals are not going through to Crapsy. I made two transfers of each coin last night and nothing has shown up.

Yes, I did use the correct addresses and checked them multiple times.

Anyone else having issues getting these two coins on to Crapsy ?

Cryptsy consistently has issues with NET, MEM, and ELC. Sometimes other coins as well, but these are the main three offenders that we mine on a somewhat regular basis. I have tickets open with Cryptsy Support, but they're rather slow to getting to tickets today it seems

I notice I lost some shares at the eu server a couple of hours ago. I already switch to the us server and no more lost shares. Is it already solved? Cause with the us server I got more rejected ~5%.

Same issue here, a lot of rejects, stales and shares lost (10+%) I also have 200WU per card less compared to what I normally get.
Maybe vdiff generates to much load on the server(s) (most others have it set to 1 static value for that reason)

The txfee of some coins are still in default. please consider lowering those:

SXC

It's really easy just to setup a Crypsty account and point your address to payout and activate Autotrade(iv'e been doing it for a week now(still testing)). I understand that it may seem like it's harder than it is but it's not and the transparency and full control is a feature to be embraced not a hindrance. In the end(after some tweaking) you will have both LTC and BTC in your account on Crypsty where you can cashout daily just like Middlecoin. With the controls offered you can get better returns compared to a one size fit's all pool, if you just take some time to tweak. If everyone knew it was this easy everyone would do it.

A few tips...

1) set auto pay on Crypsty to the second one from the top(it almost always fills your sell order).

2) Set the pool Auto-Pay threshold differently depending on the coin. For example (3-4mhs rig) around 100 for SXC, but 400 for MEM. This will almost guarantee you never to hold for too long and bag hold. After all we are not in business of investing into these altcoins. We are basically selling our computational power at a set rate. I personally I do keep a few coins to speculate with and plan to accumulate low and sell higher(even it it takes months).

Cryptsy is having a shit ton of trouble right now and people are complaining about missing balances, deposits gone rogue, & support is missing in action!

Some of the regs are saying just wait it out but its not looking rosy by any stretch of the imagination!
 
Hopefully Cryptsy can get it together ..  until then i think ill watch from a distance.

Well decided to try out the site last night with all my hash, but have not been impressed so far.  Balances seem low.
Looking at your website in the worker section, it seems to have problems.    One second it will say the worker is online but at half hash rate and then the next it will say its offline.   It bounces around like this and Im sure its not helping my hashrate.
