I feel like my experience with this pool is far different than some others.  My payouts have been consistently under the announced btc/mh.  For instance, I moved my 2.7 mhs to the pool around 24 hours ago.  My account already had a balance of around .007 btc and my payout today was only .0175 btc.  I am not experiencing a large amount of hw errors or rejects.  Today was the biggest discrepancy between the announced payout and my payout but I have almost always been lower than expected.  I am using the same settings as I do on dozens of other pools where I consistently get paid approximately what I expect to get paid.  This is the first multi pool I've used and it has been very disappointing.  I'm pretty sure I would make way more just mining LTC.

Check your miner settings again. Today was bad luck on multiport, which is actually reported on the main page. Try multiportN when multiport is not performing well. With 2Mh (1m on scryptn) you should have much more. I Had for 13 hours ~0,005 with 600khs.

First, I love this pool - the only one that features a Scrypt-N port as far as I know.

Are you planning on adding any more Scrypt-N coins? I notice that many new coins are using this algorithm and it would be nice to have more coins to compare profitability between than PANDA and VTC.

My settings are fine.  I copy/paste a stable batch file when I mine new pools and I just edit the pool and worker info.  The last time I checked, my rejects were less than 3% with 0 HW errors.  The hashrate that the website reports is almost always very close to the rate shown by cgminer.  I've taken most of my hashrate elsewhere but I'm leaving about 800 kh.  We'll see if things turn around over the next day or so. I realize profitability is down everywhere, I'm just hoping to see a payout close to what is announced.  If that happens, I will probably be back.

Hang in there.  I've got 7 cards (5 290's and 2 280x's) pointed at this pool, and while over the last few days I've had VERY good payouts (0.04->0.06 btc/day), the last 2 days have been dismal (~0.03 btc).  I'm attributing this to the profitability of the coins, and not the pool, so I'm  hanging in there (it's still profitable so why not).  Give it some time and things may improve,  TMB has so far been the best pool in terms of payouts that I've found.

And I can not connect to the pool on 3330 port, it constantly does rejections for new connections

This is the worst pool I mined till now. 32 hours with 400 kh/s on this pool and still only .0022 BTC. Clever mining was constantly giving me .0036+ in 24 hrs.... I'm leaving this pool...

These last few days have been the worst we've had.. Some of the multi-pools out there are settling for the 0.008btc/mhash rates the current market is giving.. I don't feel that is an acceptable number. I'm trying to squeeze what I can out of this market to increase that number, but it backfired over the last few days. Risk vs reward. For many of you that's a few pennies difference, for some that's a few dollars. I apologize for anyone who lost significant money due to this over the last few days, but I don't apologize for trying to get the most bang for the buck Wink

I constantly re-evaluate what we're mining and what profits they return, and constantly evolve our algorithm and coin list to match the markets. If you feel that what we provide isn't what you want, then by all means, go mine elsewhere.. everyone has to do what is best for them.. but I assure you I'm not satisfied with the status quo and will do everything in my powers to improve the profit numbers.

Is there a problem with MNC payout? 48 hours later and nothing in my wallet....

Looks like I have an issue with MNC too, coins are missing and I didn't ask for a withdrawal. I'm sure MERC will sort it out.
And MERC, if you read this, remember that there are still loyal miners like me that endorse and support you in good and bad times.
The amount of work and passion that you are throwing behind this pool is greatly appreciated.

Of all the multi-pools this pool has most consistently worked well for me, there have been a couple of  low days, but also some pretty impressive ones too, its good to see Merc constantly trying to improve things for all of us, especially the ones like me who can't be on-line checking things 24/7.

The one thing I could do with some help with is knowing when to switch between Scrypt & Scrypt-N , is there somewhere I can look at a chart like CoinWarz that will show me , or could it be added as an alert similar to the idle miner emails ?

That is just not right! You tell, you are not satisfied with pools performance because of 2 days? If that's the case, please take some breakout before you burn out, that would be terrible. I never had such profits like on this pool, and you are probably the main reason for that. Thanks again and keep up great work.

Merc,

I'm with you. Going to stick it out with this pool and I appreciate all the hard work you put into it. My 12 MHS has only barely paid out .06 BTC.

I've got one of my machines onto Scrypt-N but the others are giving me issues. It would be nice if there was a tutorial out there somewhere. I tried vertminer and I hope that is the right way. I've haven't been able to configure my settings properly and it looks like I need more RAM.

It LTC added to the list of mineable coins for the multiport? Sometimes it may be profitable to mine LTC because of its low difficulty.

Cheers!

I too have never seemed to get even close to the expected results from this.  I mined here with about 2.8mhs - 0.1 mhs reject rate for over half a day, maybe 13 hours but currently my exchanged+unexchanged estimate is only 0.006. Extrapolate generously and I only get 0.012btc/day with 2.8mhs of power or 0.004btc/mhs/day which is just totally far away from any decent estimate.

As with you, I do not have any HW errors or unusually high rejects.  Same settings with all other pools which give me no problem.

I have tried clevermining and the expected payouts were very accurate, despite it being rather low in profitability now.  I just can't put a finger to this pool.  I love the stats but the results just dont tally.
