Guide on how to set up solo mining on Windows!This is the file, named "qqcoin.conf" (important, it's
not qqcoin
s.conf!) that I place in my c:\Users\hipstacoin\AppData\Roaming\QQcoin\ folder, which contains:
rpcuser=hipstacoin.1
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
daemon=1
server=1
listen=1
gen=0
port=20111
rpcport=20112
addnode=10.0.0.48
addnode=66.45.255.119
addnode=206.72.193.8
Now start up your qqcoin-qt wallet file as a server by running "qqcoin-qt.exe -server"
I then edited the "solo-miner.bat" file to contain this:
qqcoinminer -o 127.0.0.1:20112 -u hipstacoin.1 -p x --scrypt --Nfmin 4 --Nfmax 30 --StartT 1387769316 --thread-concurrency 10240 --auto-fan -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --gpu-engine 1025
Which seems to work (the rejected/orphaned blocks thing is a whole other issue that I don't think I can solve here, or is even solveable by me, that is a network / set-up of the coin issue I believe). All the coins I mine come in as transactions, then immediately disappear.
WHAT THE FUCK?Developers, please explain.
p.s. if this helped you, this is my QQcoin address for a small donation. Would be appreciated. Thank you!
