Updated the getting started page so the new folks know not to use cgminer: 1. Create account. Register here, or login if you already have account Create a worker that will be used by the miner to login 2. Download a miner. Windows GPU miner link 1: Download hereWindows GPU miner link 2: Download here3. Configure your miner. Settings for Stratum (recommended): STRATUM: stratum+tcp://goober.homeunix.net PORT: 3333 Username: Weblogin.Worker Password: Worker Password If you use a command-line miner, type: qqcoinminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://goober.homeunix.net:3333 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password --scrypt --Nfmin 4 --Nfmax 30 --StartT 1387769316If you want, you can create additional workers with usernames and passwords of your choice HereWe just hit our first 400 block. Yeah - I don't know why anyone would mine the last 2 million blocks? 450,001- 2,400,000 2 Coins 2400000 + 1 Coin because by then each coin could be worth a lot of money, all depends on how it goes i guess. But yes really this could would have been better with pos too, maybe they will code it in later. |
