Rising difficulty is a logical consequence if a coin becomes more and more interesting and the price is rising. Mining Mooncoin is more profitable, so more miners start mining Mooncoin also for instant selling....but with the higher difficulty they get not so much coins and it comes to a nice price stability at the actual level.
