I like that idea.
It's the only way to make the coin really successful in the long run. Instead of pump-and-dump-schemes, which only attract "get-quick-rich"-types and discourage or even disappoint true believers and therefore potential investors (the REAL ones - which is NOT related to the amount they invest, but related to the intention going with the investment).
