I've been having the same issue with the wallet.  I installed the latest version, and its been stuck on block 51,009 .

That's weird. Being stuck around block 51000 looks like you've got the 0.53 wallet (with the old diff algo).

My 0.60 is normally synced...

I have that too with the newest wallet 0.60

I'm still normally synced here with the Windows wallet. Did you setup with the standalone posted by Invisibel on the website or is there any chance that you failed compiling properly the software ?

I was running the old wallet before uninstalling and updating to wallet.60.  I even had a buddy of mine that is a tech wizard look and says the new client is running.  For some reason its running 24 hours behind and is stuck on block 51,009.

When the price surged I was going to sell and then rebuy at these low prices.  The wallet hasnt been working, so that dismantled that plan Sad

Sorry to ear that...

Look I'm not that much a specialist of TiPS wallet as mine always properly work. But yours seems to be really dysfunctional, because it doesn't sync and because 24h ago we were on block 70000 or something like that.

So you have two remaining options here :
   1) you uninstall the wallet, re-download the latest version of the standalone on the fedoraco.in website and reinstall (and pray)
   2) you wait until tomorrow for Invisibel to be back, he'll sure be more able to help you than I am.

Good luck !

Have you tried deleting everything in the appdata folder except wallet.dat so it redownloads the blockchain?

Go in to C:/Users/*username*/AppData/Fedoracoin/
Delete everything in that folder EXCEPT wallet.dat, never delete wallet.dat.
Run fedoracoin qt

It will redownload the blockchain, it sounds like your new client is still trying to connect to old blockchain.

AppData is a hidden folder btw.

I backed up the wallet, deleted the old version and the corresponding files, then downloaded .60 wallet.

My buddy took a look, and said that the new version was running correctly, so I'm not sure what the problem is.  I managed to update another wallet today without issue.

I managed to transfer all my TiPS today, even though the wallet isnt functioning properly.  I would obviously prefer to store them in my wallet though.

Ill try your suggestion.  I have already uninstalled the new wallet multiple times.

Wow, thanks for the comparison of the small logo versions! That proofes, we should prefer a minimalistic design over others with too much bells and whistles.

It's just easier to recognize on first sight!

Agreed. The minimalistic logos with only the hat and TiPS are fully recognizable both full and small sized.

But I like the idea to keep the website address on the full size logo so my vote should go to the last row.

Are the recto and verso of the coin supposed to be different ?

By the way, love the logo for the currency...  Cheesy Thanks again Fayens

After seeing a shit-coin like TOP rise from 3 sat to 12 sat overnight, I'm not worried about TiPS price at all Smiley our day will come for sure, just a matter of time.

Excellent work Fayens! Flat is definitely the way to go if we intend to print the logo on anything in the future.

One suggestion though, if it's not too much of an inconvenience.

Could you try incorporating a coin flip, like this one (doesn't have to be this one exactly):

https://i.imgur.com/qd4XL0Q.jpg

instead of the top hat?

Credit to matsmyth for the idea.

Why is it a pump if someone does a good investment?

That's not a pump. Just someone who invested in tips and don't want to see the price dropping below 50 imo.

Why is it a pump if someone does a good investment?

Because they just dumped them, was watching it throughout and the sell / buy orders move, lump sums of 400 LTC each time being moved.

It is now stabalizing back to low 50's

Was fun to watch. I am holding for ages, but kept me entertained watching.

Love the comparison. Should def stick to flat colours. Shows through way nicer.

That being said, i still think to keep away from the darks and greys. Getting a TIP should be a happy, bright occasion Smiley

That being said I like the blue. You are the man Fayens!

Edit, then again, maybe a choice of a bright and a grey would be awsome, to be able to be used on different color schemes, as you show with the mini banners.
