So looking at the pictures, you don't need a full 16x extender for the first card like I've seen others use?

What do you mean the first card?

I think he means the card that most people plus their monitors into. It seems like he mistakenly thinks that you have to have a card plugged into the 1st x16 slot.

I don't use monitors, or dummy plugs, or anything but maxed out pci-e slots with my risers

I'm in the process of getting the parts to build my first mining rig. I've seen people use a full 16x-16x for one of their video cards if there is a PCI-E 16 slot. Based on what I've seen of the cables you are selling and what I've read up on, the only reason to use such a cable is to power the video card from the mobo. This correct? Never used risers before, so not that familiar with them. The cables you are selling looks so much nicer than the ribbon cables I've seen around and I will be ordering a few.

Just don't use any ribbon cables. You don't need to power anything from the motherboard, and having all the cards further from the motherboard allows them to have better cooling and easier changing of parts if you need to.

Sent like 50 cents more than order price for 4 risers, it gave me some weird notice that I need to contact vendor. Keep the extra money, just make sure the order worked heh:

Bitcoin orders are 100% solid. I've switched to coinbase, and it just works. Thanks for the order!

This guy is awesome! I just bought 4 risers from him with BTC and it went right through. It was my first time buying with BTC so I sent an email to the address that was listed for any questions or concerns just to confirm that he received it. He responded immediately and said that he received the order. Just wanted to give a shout out to him and that I will definitely be a repeat customer when I further expand my setup!
Just wanted to post this to give anyone peace of mind in case they may have been hesitant on buying from him!

If you ordered, you should be able to check your order status. If should say the expected ship date is Feb 20th, 2014.

Shipping on new orders STARTS on the 20th, although some may go out before that. Shorter cables will ship faster, I'm a little behind on the 1m size and getting more every day.

More and more, hundreds of orders shipped today, hundreds more tomorrow ( I filled up the USPS truck on my daily pickup, and had to take a carload to the post office myself!!). ALL orders for 30 and 60 cm (12" and 24") will be shipped by tomorrow, people ordered thousands of the 1m version over the holiday break and I'm still working to catch up, I'll have the last of orders for those placed before now shipped by either friday or monday.
I'm also going to have 12" (30cm) ribbon cable powered risers in soon, cheaper than anyone else.
Thanks!

If you are ok with waiting, I can start doing free first class mail shipping. Or I can just lower the price more. What would people like?

I say lower the price. Free shipping only helps those in the US correct?
