y r the odds very less compared to Bet365 or a staple bookie for live games??? even though if says Betting ...BTC for the best odds.

For a soccer game @halftime the odds on Bet365 for favs was around 1.64 and on your site it was around 1.08.!! sooo much difference?

Granada vs Sevilla.. I wanted to bet on it after I saw the odds on Bet365 @HT(Live odds)..! but when I saw on your site..! It put me off.!

There might be small differences in odds, but such a big gap may indicate they are not the same bet. Perhaps you were not comparing between the exact same bets ?

If you see it happen again, I'd appreciate if you can order the bet (without funding it) and e-mail the bet ID to support@directbet.eu so that we can look into it in real time. This way we will know exactly which bet you were looking at and at which point in time during the game.

Man the problem is I sent a bet in and it confirms at 1.09 odds when the guy just got broken and the odds are really 1.22 but your odds didn't update in time. That's the problem with this site and flexible odds- I always feel like I get taken advantage of.

As soon as we receive your bet transfer, we immediately make a single inquiry to the current odds, and these odds are set as the confirmed odds for the bet. Most of the times, if you send out the bet immediately, the odds will be the same as they were by the time you ordered the bet, but in other times the odds might be higher or lower.

We gain no advantage here. The confirmed odds could just as well go higher in your favor.

HI, In live games I try to find a spot/time where I can get the best odds.. N while trying to bet quickly I might get the address wrong or send it to the address of the previously bet game.!! What would happen to the amount?? would that be refunded?

If you mistakenly send a bet to an old bet address then if the result is already determined for the old bet, your bet will be rejected and refunded after 1 confirmation.

If however the other older bet is still open for betting, your bet will be processed normally. If it confirms it will stand. If you're not interested in the bet you can hedge it out for a minimal loss by betting on the opposite team \ selection.

Why even list these events? You have had it (and other BBL games) listed as LIVE! since they started, but "NEGOTIATE" for every single option. Midway through the 2nd quarter and still not one line.

SO MISLEADING! DON't PUT IT UP IF YOU WON't HAVE ODDS! Don't tell me your provider doesn't have odds. Bet365 has the odds, and you use a similar (same?) provider.
