I've placed 3 bets to a Poker game and sent them in the same transaction. However, the site only tells me that it only received 1 of the 3 transactions. Please help.

I sent the amount .0017 3 times but it only showed up once.

Happened to me as well a few days ago.
They will refund the 2nd and 3rd transaction.

Thanks for betting at DirectBet.

The reason why your 2nd and 3rd bet were not confirmed is explained in our Rules as well as in the Help section on our website.

Do not send multiple bets in the same Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin transaction. This non standard way of sending coins is not supported by our automated system. If you do that, one of your bets might be processed normally (if it's the first one in the transaction) but the others will not be processed and therefore will not confirm and we will have to refund them manually.

Please take a note of that for future bets.

Please send your Transaction ID to support@directbet.eu and we will refund your 2nd and 3rd bet.

CAN 1 THING BE MODIFIED IN TOTO PARLAY

suppose i select 4 events then i win 3 and loose 1 i loose all money is what toto pays now , make it like if 3/4 are correct then some less odds , or something interesting maybe , like if we select 7 events and all above 1.5 odds then we get 2x payout on wining 5 out of 7 , something like this would be great !

Can you please PM me and tell me which page you are getting this error? Also, if you have a bet ID please include it as well, otherwise please let me know which bet you are trying to select and at which point the error occurs.

The problem with adding the ability to see total betting made with your Bitcoin address is that anyone who knows your Bitcoin address will be able to view all your betting history because there is no login / account at DirectBet, and this is something that some of our clients would not want.

In the future, we will add a feature that allows you to obtain your bets history and status of all bets associated with your e-mail address via e-mail, and it will be sent to the e-mail address that you used for betting. We are actually trying to expedite this feature, but it might take some more time.

Meanwhile, you can e-mail support anytime and ask for your bet history. We will gladly send it to you anytime you like.

If your bets are delayed sometimes by your online wallet, for time sensitive bets and for immediate bet confirmations we recommend the official Bitcoin Core client. You will not encounter any delays and your bets will be transferred and confirmed instantly when using the Bitcoin Core.

You can also use the Negotiate Odds feature to first deposit the bet and then get it confirmed immediately.
