If you mistakenly send a bet to an old bet address then if the result is already determined for the old bet, your bet will be rejected and refunded after 1 confirmation.

If however the other older bet is still open for betting, your bet will be processed normally. If it confirms it will stand. If you're not interested in the bet you can hedge it out for a minimal loss by betting on the opposite team \ selection.

They do that in all sports. When it goes live it's almost always negotiate. It is misleading. There are other books with live soccer.

It's classic bait & switch, even though I'm sure DB intending for that to be the case. It's like a store advertising a product that they don't sell. But, they sell a hell of a lot of other products. The problem is that when we, the customer, bring it to their attention.....they do nothing.

Rather than waiting you have an option to put in a negotiated bet so that your bet might confirm automatically if and when betting is resumed, even for just a short period of time, and you can set up the minimum required odds or cancel the bet at any time as long as the bet is not yet confirmed.

As of this writing this bet is no longer shown at all because betting is no longer expected to resume as we approach the end of the match.

If you don't wish to use this feature you can simply ignore these bets and treat them as if they are not available. The majority of bets do have fixed odds.

LOL @ "as of this writing this bet is no longer shown".......wanna know why? Because the event ended. I had that screen open for the entire game, and it alternated between both teems as 'negotiate' and then sometimes would go to only Worcester as 'negotiate'. It was available until 37 seconds left in the match. Congrats.

Because it's misleading, as I mentioned before. When you list an event, you are implying that you will have odds for it (because you usually do). What good is it for the customer to place a negotiate bet, sit through an entire game, and not have it picked up?

Also, I noticed that one of the teams (Newcastle) would intermittently "drop off". What's going on behind the scenes that causes this? Your provider obviously has odds available, but something is causing them not to be shown on your site.

We do have clients who use this feature to get their bets confirmed in situations where it wouldn't have been otherwise possible.

Yes you offer odds on many games compared to others but there is just 2 things which need corrections and both in cricket

In Cricket, if a match is shortened by weather, all bets are settled according to the official result.

Keep in mind that the odds for Team Innings Runs bets are higher in the first place to factor in the fact that the game may be shortened.

Ill answer on his behalf... Keep the negotiate tab..but show some available odds for the game.!! It sucks trying to negotiate on live game n I dont get the odds I want for like 2 mins..n have to tone it down everytime costing valuable time in the game.!! Its better to have a reference value..so that we can bet on the value near to it...instead of just guessing the possible odds n failing more than half the time..!
