investing 50,000 USD now, after 220 days (one year) and compounding daily earnings with a 1.2 % per day -> 689,178 USD

not bad....

Yes, but that is not very realistic. First at all you can't compound, you'll need to purchase new shares with a new lock-in period. But I agree, the result could be similar after a years time. But more important is that Brandenburg confirmed to me that there are limitiations in the volume they are able to use for trading. Once they reach this volume - which also depends heavily on if and how much people repurchase after their shares are expiring - there might be times when no more shares are available to purchase.

Also worth noting you are limited to 2500 shares: so you are at your max with $50k: 2500 shares at $20.
So you cannot compound unless you buy mining shares (which allow to buy up to $50k extra).
If I were you I'd just cash out everyday.
I am compounding because the amount I've invested is 1k$.

IF they actually cap shares that would be a good thing.

IF NOT then we have a better indicator of where this is going. Problem is without auditing you have no idea if they've hit their arbitrage cap or the total assets they're working with.  Wink

I agree, but if you read FAQ, you can find an explanation: you can use parents and friends. Just send an email advice to support.

Yes that is true, but still if they hit limitations they will not allow any more trading share purchases, if from you or from your family, friends etc.

I personally use both BTC ARBS and Bitcoin trader. Both websites are fine for now, paying and responsive.
However, as with every other BTC investment, do not invest what you are not prepared to lose.
Make sure you reach ROI as soon as possible and withdraw your profits often.

There is gong to be 2 outcomes from all this in a few years either we are all filthy rich or all broke.

not necessarily. These returns are not sustainable obviously. When the market becomes mature this will be a much more costly business to run and as a retail investor you will not have access to this (just think about the fiat economy, arb business is run by hft which is requiring tons of upfront money for costly infrastructure).

If we just take the scenario that btc becomes mature in 2015 then you only have 1 year of profit left Smiley

so depending on your expectation that this is not a scam, try to get as much as you can from the arb-pie!

Yes, you can withdraw your earnings in BTC.

your profit are in USD though therefore even though you can deposit and withdraw in BTC you can get less BTC than you put in if the BTC/USD rate has gone down in the meantime.

Think of bitcoin-trader.biz as a USD based fund, not a BTC one

Actually, you will probably get MORE Btc if the BTC/USD rate goes down.

You might get less if it goes up, although if you have mining shares you get more USD, which buys more BTC.

It comes down to this:  Trading Shares are independent of the market price of bitcoin, mining shares depend on it.

Is there anyway to track the block chains from our deposits and see if it looks like coins are moving back and fourth between exchanges?

With regards to withdrawing or holding, with BTC hovering between $550-$$630USD, i've been cashing out to btc daily when BTC value is below $600, and letting it sit in my cash balance when it's above.  If BTC starts climbing again, i'll have to shift my decision point to compensate.

I bought in last friday with a single piddly trading share. Between yesterday and today, that 20$ share has returned 57 cents. Not bad when you consider the low barrier to entry. I'm going to probably earmark some amount of what I mine to go here so if it goes south I won't feel quite so much like I've lost anything, lol.

I am completely open to them being a scam, but you'll also have to remember that folks who got in and out of the Madoff scheme before it crumbled made a lot of money  Grin

This made me laugh:

I was checking my shares and  I discovered:
A mining share and a trading share bought on 01/25/14 have the exact same return today. (53.37%)

Yesterday they would have been off by about a half a percent I gather.
