They are still ignoring me. I am giving them 3 days to resolve this issue, or else I'll be filing a complain at e-gambling Montenegro.

Just got scammed by this casino and I am really pissed here.

The terms & condition of their Christmas Raffle promotion initially stated that an exception of 5 tickets will be credited for the 19th December promotion, here the proof:



So I made a total of 5 deposits on 19th December hoping to get my 5 tickets



And then I realize that only one ticket is credited to my account, so I contacted support. This is what he said:



"Sorry, it's a mistake", that's what their support said. Their so-claimed mistake basically made me make a total of extra 4 deposits that I didn't have to in order to claim the tickets that they "mistakenly promised", and as predicted, they have now modified the terms & conditions. I e-mailed VIP support and have yet to receive a reply.

I have been a long time VIP user at this casino, member since May 2014, made a total of nearly 20BTC worth of deposits & withdrawals, and you think they would value one of their long time customer, instead, all I get was: "Sorry, we scammed you, please move on"

You should be compensated for four of the transaction fees imo.

They are trying to make this fair for everyone. If you had popped into the chat yesterday and asked them they would have told you only received one ticket for that day but they gave you up to 5 reload bonuses of 50% which was a great deal since they usually only offer 25%. Why do you feel you need to get more ticket and gain unfair advantage if you didn't bother to ask a live support agent who are available around the clock. I talked to Cristina yesterday morning and she told me clearly would only get one ticket even if make 5 deposit using the bonus code.

Threaten to file complaint to the gambling commission over something so petty?

This casino should just ban you completely now from the promotion and revoke your tickets.

Did you bother to read very last term in the promotion T&C

First, no, I wasn't trying to gain 'extra' tickets or 'extra' advantages, because way before I even deposited, two days before the promotion even started, I checked the terms & condition of the Christmas raffle page(yes, in case you didn't know, this page is up 2 days before the promotion even started). I was given the wrong information that we all can earn a maximum of 5 tickets on 5 deposit. I am just doing what they told me to do in their terms & condition page, deposit 5 times and get my 5 ticket. I was in total shock when their support told me that they made a mistake and I can only gain 1 ticket.

Secondly, if I was actually trying to abuse the system, I wouldn't deposit 5 times a total of 204 mbtc. 5 deposit of 3 mbtc each would do the trick, wouldn't it? So logically, if beforehand I knew that they have made a mistake in their terms & condition page, and if I was trying to abuse it, why on earth would I risk losing nearly $100USD (204mbtc) instead of just $5USD, to abuse 5 tickets that doesn't guarantee me any wins?

Finally, what is this "They are trying to make this fair for everyone" bullshit coming from. Stop white-knighting them and just think for a second. They promised 5 tickets for 5 deposit, everyone should get 5 tickets if they deposited 5 times, plain and simple. You buy 5 cups, you get 5 cups, suddenly I am a dick for complaining that when I pay for 5 cups, but I only received 1?

what's the solution dude, did they guve u 5 tickets? AFAIK, they give tp to 5 tickets when i saw the promo, must be their language problem, their terms and slogan are vague, so most people would misunderstand the rules, like u and me. luckily i didn't join the promo so i didn't have issues with them.

I think the value of your extra VIP Lotto tickets are a bit over inflated imo. There are currently almost 3700 tickets in the draw and if each had a value of 250mbtc as you suggest in the above post that would be a total of BTC925. The total prize pool is 55BTC and 40 of which probably wont get won  

I liked the VIP lotto months ago when even match 2 numbers you got a decent prize of around 100 mbtc now doing some math with all the tickets in the draw if you match 2 number you will be lucky to even get 5mbtc because its a shared pool of 2500mbtc and if odds play out there will be around 500 winners matching 2 numbers 3 number payout also wont be very good as it was in the past. 4 and 5 number is where its at now and well the odds of that are very low anyone getting.
