They wont be refunding anything. Although people keep forcing them for refund , there is no way that they are going to do that. Support is nice but doesn't have Russian speaking manager.
It was hard to explain that the actual size of slot interface must be bigger. And they say we can`t change anything. That`s a bit unfair when you can`t really see the bet amount and your winning, etc, especilly when you have made deposit and have no way out.

Avoid Bitcasino.io They are robbing people. Clearly from the picture I was unable to see the cards I was dealt. I also wasn't able to hit or stand, and was timed out. This caused me to lose the hand without any action. I went to support for help and was told they had to investigate the hand. Upon investigation they sent me the follow. This is complete BS. How can I play a hand that I can see, hit or stand?

But you had no video feed because the background was black.
That shows how shoddy a provider they are using just like Cloudbet. These casinos using them as a third party provider ruins the players chances of winning just like you say.
