The worst Casino and Support ever.
I am having the same issues for a month and the support never answered back to me

1- Website goes down every few minutes so I loose my previous bet and winnings.
2- The game display is not good, it is all squeezed or I can't play in full screen because I dont see the button
3-Today I was able to see my Live Chat on another Casino at the same time  Huh Huh Huh https://bitcasino.io and here https://bitcoinbet.eu

It has been now a month that I am waiting in vain, no email, no compensation, nothing Sad
I don't advise putting your Bitcoin in this Casino

I am not an operator, merely a curious spectator.

1 - Can you explain this a bit more?  Are you saying that the website goes down mid gameplay and that it causes you to lose in the process?

2 - I haven't experienced this problem before.  Are you sure your resolution settings are ok?  Maybe posting your specs to the live chat will lead to them assisting you in fixing this.

3 - Both of these websites operate under the same platform and have the same live agents.  I don't think this should be viewed as a negative gripe.  I would much rather deal with agents that are experienced with the problems that might arise from playing the same games.

I agree with you,they have had forum giveaway where they gave out bonuses which have 35x rollover.
Support is the worst.

Actually we have 5 different game views, what should help with screen resolution (while we are all sitting on different devices):

On a game page, on right side there are options to choose what view you prefer better for your own screen resolution.

2- I am playing in almost all Bitcoin Casino and I never had any issue with the display of betsoft games

1 - The best solution I can think of is to contact user Bitcoincasino.io (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=207035) via PM and send him your username on the site, time that it happened, and bet ID's if any.  I'm sure you will get a better response from him as he probably has a more effective way of contacting the right people rather than their support team emailing around to find a solution.  I agree that this is something that should be taken seriously and looked into as soon as they can.

2 - No real comment here.  I don't know the technical details of the site nor any Betsoftgaming sites.  Again, I'd reach out to user Bitcoincasino.io and he can probably take you through the display options.

3 - This is normal for many skins and white-label casinos.  I don't think it presents any security risks or any wrong practice.

1- When the balance disappeared from my account, I directly and instantly contacted the Live Chat.
I contacted them again with all the informations many times and it has been now a month that I am waiting an answer.

2-No need to know the technical part, you just need eyes to see that the display is wrong and the button missing form fullscreen

3-lol if they can't even afford 2 Live Chat account, it means I should even put my Bitcoin in here

PS : I deposited in an online casino (not Bitcointalk) so I shouldn't have to contact any Bitcointalk user for support ... Am I wrong ?
Anyway, if they can't even answer in a month, it not going to make any difference.

bobley, I'm here to help players as well and asked you to send me at least something so I can investigate and come back to you with faster decision.

For now I can see that you have complaints about:
1. View of the game:

I showed 5 version of the same game in 5 different views. For everyone it's working and you are the first person who is complaining about it. My suggestion is to check your resolution or check it in different browsers.

2. Losing bets due to some delays in the system:

As I can see you were registered 4 days ago (so I'm not sure what answer you are waiting for 1 month) and didn't make any deposits, just played for fun and received free money from promotion few days ago.  

3. Regarding live chat support:

We are using service of our support from game provider. Guys are making awesome job without any doubts. And we basically don't care what projects they are also supporting. Main thing is that they make our own things as good as possible. Also not sure what is wrong here, if you are getting answer within seconds.

My own personal thought: it all looks like you are trying to blame us without reason and trying to make it publicly. Unfortunately it's not working. And once again - if you want to arrange any REAL issues you have, write me PM message and I will solve everything directly with you as soon as possible.

1-View of the game. So now you are saying that the display in a square is normal..up to you but I am not playing anymore here because graphically it is horrible.

2- I didn't register 4days but months ago and  and still waiting for my issue to be resolved by email for a month.

3-it seems that the only way to fix things is to make it public.
I shouldn't need to create an account on Bitcointalk to resolve any issue I have with a casino. Do you think it is normal?

It's of course up to you on where to play. I'm just trying to help and solve your issues.

I checked history of your support chats and it was strange for me, because of few things including statement that your player account was registered just 4 days ago.

And while you already have account on BTCtalk, I guess it's not hard to send PM message with more details rather that complain publicly about some doubtful problems. Or there was some other reason to register an account on this forum? ;-)

I would say he is trolling, I have been playing on the site for a while now and the few times I did contact support I got a reply with in a few hours. Also he did not deny he used a promotion to get his balance so most likely he wants something for nothing.
