Remember to send at least 2-3 blocks early, because if you get your confirmation on block 283811 or after, you won't get XCP.

Is there a way to transfer and sell XCP allready for BTC ? Anyone tried it ?

is blockchain.info as exact (a few minutes lag would be ok)? Can not access the above site..
Yes, actually it's better to look at blockchain.info (only 10 blocks left) It seems that the confirmations are a bit quicker than 10m on average these days, so I woudn't bet on more than 1h to make your last burn. Less than 60 minutes left! Yay.

Not yet. There is an internal inbuilt exchange, where issuers can issue any form of asset - gold, stock etc... However, just like colored coins the issue is with the trust of the issuer. Perhaps, as the founder of eToro, you could be that trusted issuer for various assets like - BTC, stock etc.... on the counterparty platform.

But people can still simply send XCP now, and recieve bitcoin, right ? There is no need for a deentrelized exchange other than the obvious escrow/trus issue right ? Anyone tested tranfers already ?

This is already working with the exception of orders not matching due to rounding, and blockchain reorgs.

So is there a way/place/thread to buy and sell XCP/BTC ? Or are we going to setup a google doc now like early days of mastercoin ? Should we set it up now that the burn is over ? Do people need to run the counterpartyD to send XCP ? I assume they don't need it to recieve XCP.

I think since you have a change address those are not valid.... what a waste of BTC... Over/under on how many minutes it will take for the owner of that address to realize and come on here screaming about how XCP is a scam? Pretty sure valid. As long as inputs are from same address, and change goes to the original address, should be valid burns. Plus blockscan shows them as valid. Don't really relish dealing with the 0.0099 change though x 50 accounts. Even though I certainly wouldn't mind having them. Totally OT: But block 283807 is pretty funny. When was the last time you saw a block with just a single transaction? Satoshi days?

Indeed, I was wrong. I was sure you had to have a transaction with no change. Yeah, nice blocks, enjoying the show !
