looks like there is a new tactic to "premine" new coins, just set up a stupid very low diff and get ready with a very low ping rig close to the initial nodes ... and bam you are scammed and the dev own more than 90% of the first hour blocks ...

Well. I admit this went horribly. And I can guarantee that I am not the one getting all the blocks. Not that it matters. I'll have to restart the coin, because I don't want one or two people owning such a big chunk. As far as I am concerned, the current blockchain is not official anymore. microCoin will be relaunched with a higher difficulty and possibly changed block rewards and POS.
We deeply apologize for wasting your time. Hopefully you will still be interested when the coin is relaunched.

This Too obvious in this case. It's ridiculous and as you see from recent threads we may sum up a conclusion: - Instamine of 2 miners basically "sitting" on the seednode - Multiple forking meanwhile my future prediction: Next update will add checkpoints of the fork these 2 miners generated to have them keep their coins edit: just saw the dev's statement. Good one dev! Relauch and raise diff |
