This is due to the fact that CACHeCoin rounds the rewards to the last 2 decimal places. so anything less that 0.01 is discarded. To avoid this, transfer bigger transactions into your wallet or hope that you'll stake much later than 7 days. The older the coins the higher the reward

Sending and receiving more than 2 cent decimals is working as it should. It's just the reward. While I see the point of limiting it to the 2 dp,  I'm thinking of putting this up to 4 dp for the stake reward. less than 0.0001 is really not that important.
