Was considered a decent list when it came out, our social media numbers have pretty much doubled on all those platforms since. Half the coins above us have gone down the drain, and it caused too many issues when people started doing 'audits' on other coins to gauge how many followers were likely to be fake/bought (hint: for a number of them it was >70% ).

Crypto currency world right now is a dog-eat-dog world, scammer and pump'dumper's wet dream. The fact that Noble has not only survived but continue to thrive in this enviroment with relentless projects and dev efforts is a proof in itself that this coins stand above others in terms of both quality and seriousness. Cryptocurrency at its current state cannot become big unless either big money jumps in or pumpers decide to support a coin - which means that most coins die out due to lack of price increase. In Noble's case, it can fall any where but it won't cease to exist simply because the dev will continue to support its utility. All coins rest fundamentally on two things: Dev devotion, and community support. We have plenty of both. Eventually, perhaps sooner than we think during the price slumps and dark times, we may see great fruits of our endurance and labor Stay Noble.

Marketplace
$0 in sales. $1,500 worth of orders until it picks up. Mintpal speculation will still affect when the deal becomes more worthwhile. Upped it to 17%. 100% chance of it being 18% tomorrow.

So nobody is buying the gift cards despite 16% discount ? That's crazy, you would expect a few sales at this price I'd buy some but I only have 50k coins and they're all on a laminated paper wallet I'm storing away for a few years

I am blunt, don't like it ? Too bad

We figured the 12% discount was enough to get attention from lots of places, but that didn't work either. Now you understand, a little crazy. We'll then have to see how it goes with bullion and mining equipment when we're ready.

Perhaps there's just too many holders like me who only want to hold for now for a few years and see if the coin gains value which also can have the negative effect of too many holders and not enough spenders. Or everyone is just waiting for 20% or something or there's not people really want to buy off amazon right now, I bet if you did this deal around some event like blackfriday you'd see those gift cards go in a heartbeat lol Bullion will probably work well but not so sure about the mining equipment, even selling Asic's you're going to struggle with sales with so much competition already out there combined with dwindling profitability for mining

I am saving for other stuff. I also think that the low price isn't helping, people aren't willing to sell their Noble at a loss.

Definitely I agree, like I said this was first and foremost something we thought we could do in the immediate term to draw attention to Noble, our website & the marketplace, among other things we're working on.

I believe the mining equipment will do the trick, but those deals must be advertised somehow outside this forum.
I think some PR is very important right now.

Depends how you look at it, if you buy some extra Nobl now there is no loss. I am keeping my old Nobles I bought earlier and just buying now ones at these rock bottom prices. Looking at the high value of bitcoin and the awesome discount it is double profit.

In my opinion, gift card discount cannot bring the peoples attention.
They can make 30%, 50%, sometimes 100%, profit from the other coin trading.....
If the nobl price is high, and give some profit from trading, people will come immediately.....
And if they make profit from nobl trading, they will donate something small/or big.....This will make strong the nobl.....I think....
If possible, noble key member, they can buy nobl coin at low price.... and the price will go up above 100....people will come for trading....something like this....
Maybe, my idea is wrong............even though wrong, don't blame me. Just my personal opinion......
Sorry for poor english...

Ok, I've just sent enough to put you over 1m now. Still not enough people donating in my opinion - some large donations, great - but lets all give a bit and show that we're all behind the Noble concept.
Great! I shared the info about us sitting on a million, about the Peter Chasse's article and about Noblecoinz facebook account. https://www.facebook.com/StacjaWolimierz?fref=tsAlso, they have to be aware that the exchange rate is now fluctuating about +/-25% and I said that we will try to sell when the price will be a little bit better. Personally I think that anything close to 30 satoshi would be a good opportunity to convert everything into PLN, what do you think? We have about 20-25 days to do the conversion and make it possibly most profitable for the fundraising, so I prefer to ask the community. The pace of main fundraising has lowered a bit, now they are approaching to 8k PLN (of 20k).

That is a fair argument, but the main problem is how do you raise the price of Noble? The way I see it, people buy Noble for the marketplace discounts which raises the price, then the dev team holds onto the coins until the price is higher and more stable when they can sell them.

Best to sell off gradually and not at once over a long period. Also, I'd advise converting gradually ASAP to be safe. We saw what happened with fundraisings from other coins when they just held on to the coin thinking the exposure would pump their price so they could turn it into a higher amount. For some of them the value of the donated amount halved in a matter of weeks.
