Tools page looks really cool! Very good job Mike!

Any chance that it is possible to smoothen out the graphs? All the bouncing up and down due to fast diff retargets makes it a little messy too look at. Avarage of last (5 blocks before + 5 blocks after) should make it smoother I think.

Thanks! Yep, I can definitely add that in. I was considering doing that during development, but I wanted to make sure it was all working fine with the straight values before I messed with them :-)

Also, if anyone finds any glaring bugs please PM me and I will fix them. I know the background image isn't filling the screen like it should, but that's a graphics design issue I'm working on with Rofo to improve for the benefit of the entire project. I am also aware of mobile looking a little wonky, but to be completely honest that isn't a priority at the moment. I am also aware of a "lag" (for lack of a better way to say it) in the connection phase when viewing extended time frames. This is a front-end coding update that will be done soon.

I also created an open API for everyone to use and grab the difficulty (current and history) along with net hashrate (current and history), more features to come in the future. I am for sure adding the pool latency utility I created before into this suite of tools as well as a hashrate distribution chart, and better integration with our charity and non-profit organization partners to make this information more easily accessible to the public. I *hope* to integrate more advanced features like paper wallet sweeping/generation in the API. Our goal is to rely less on third parties for these core services and let them be available from us for everyone to use in their own projects. It's an API that runs on port 80 and returns a nice JSON response with cross-domain settings done PROPERLY (I know this is a big barrier for a lot of services because I myself frequently have to invent ways to get around this for other projects unrelated to cryptos). Currently it works perfectly with difficulty and hashrate (as evidenced by the tools site), and when the API is solid we will release it for everyone to use.  Grin

Although, for the next 24-36 hours I will be MIA as it is Chinese New Year and I'm at my in-laws translating Kinect games in real time from English to Mandarin for the family to all play together while stuffing my face with Chinese food.

Hey everyone. I noticed that we didn't have a uniform NobleCoin signature, so I decided to make one! Here's the code for it. Don't forget to change the Noble address Wink And if you add it and PM Rofo he may have something special for you...

Thanks!

Three things needed to boost NOBLE:

- Publicity and public awareness of the coin's potential.

- Better presentation (websites, forums, logo design, etc.) as to not look like another alt coin hack job and present the show of professional confidence.

- Accesibility. People trade with things that are convinient, therefore we desperately need BTC/NOBLE on an exchange! How can a coin grow if it's not directly exchangeable to the most popular, accessible, and well known crypto?

This coin needs more publicity. FAR more publicity. Dogecoin has proved that with enough publicity and public excitement, greed and anticipation of increase does wonders in propelling even a mediocre joke coin into prominence. In other words, a joke imbued with enough sense of anticipation, participation, and effot, can actually turn into something significant. If dogecoin can do it, something more real such as NOBLE definitely can.

Go to social networking sites. Go to twitter. Go to blogs, media, news networks. Go to reddit. Go to 4chan. Go anywhere to make it known that NOBLE exists and is a good opportunity for the following reasons:

Emphasize the fact that NOBLE is vastly undervalued compared to its nominal price. Present low values will make it a much more affordable venture for many people who are not willing to risk more than few hundred dollars at most on crypto. Attract those who are not willing to spend too much with the correct analysis that NOBLE's values have much greater room for increase than others.

Emphasize that it has 15 billion coin supply compared to BTC's 21 million. People and public are far more likely to feel attracted towards something they can own in whole number values than in decimals. This is surprisingly powerful motive. Buying and owning 100s of something is inherintly more satisfying by instinct than owning 0.002595802 of something.

Emphasize that crypto has gone through numerous trials, and survived.

Above all, be confident and spread the word. Even those without any realistic grounds for validity can become a significant force if the anticipation and human impulse drives demand and goals. From that relative point of view, we can confidently say NOBL has greater future than any empty day dreams or anticipations of greed.

With publicity and clear statement of real potential possibilities, NOBLE will definitely rise. If dogecoin can do it, NOBL can.

Three factors listed above are applicable to any crypto, but NOBL has the potential to make most of them if dev teams help out on this.

There's my input. I hope it helped to set some clear goals for NOBL.

Very reasonable old post.
I can't agree more.
Are we doing something on 4chan?
How does it work?

Which pool did you use?
Which miner?
At the moment, with current difficulty, you should get about 10000–12000 NOBLE a day using a single GPU with 650 kH/s.
Here you can calculate your profit and check if all the pools are up:

EDIT: The secret is, that even @ 80 satoshi, NobleCoin would land as a number one on http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency (if added) Wink

Or use http://noble.cointweak.com/calculator.php with $ value added in. Smiley And indeed, it still places above the nr1 on coinwarz (90% of the time).
