I'm sorry but it's not true. It's impossible to optimize mining process itself. Mining based at random numbers (like trading) and if you found
several blocks fast enough it's only mean - you had a lucky time.

But Coinmine.pw have self developed server software and it sure give me some secret advantages.

At the time all but valid error had the incorrect settings; leading to valid error being significantly more profitable than the other pools. The settings that were changed I had never had to change for other coins. This is what is being referred to as 'optimized'. I'm just saying I am one of the pools that is correctly set up now.
There was even a note about it on OP up until recently.

The coindaemon tx setting should only make your stats in MPOS not display correctly it should not effect the amount of blocks being found, this can however be optimized by the other stratum settings
