I'd recommend diversifying instead of investing in one single coin. Safer that way. |

Long term I would say most coins are set to rise considerably. You'll need to pick a more stable and safe coin, though. IOSt has been outperforming a lot of coins on the market I've noticed as I've held onto my signature campaign coins and watched the value double.
I would say you're on a good path with investing that money into an altcoin rather than Bitcoin, because it's easier for an altcoin to go from $1-$10 than it is for Bitcoin to go from $8,000-$80,000.

The answer on the initial question depends on time period and risk.
For long time and long risk you someone sholud invest in top coins on coinmarketcap (I prefer BTC, ETH, ADA).
If you want to get great income it's worth to buy some shit coin that have different dynamics.

I think you can divide that $ 500 for some coins. You can divide 50% for Ethereum, 30% for NEO, and the rest for EOS. I think the three altcoins are perfect for long-term investments. But the best decision is a decision based on your belief. Do some research first before making a decision. |

Just put it in bitcoin or ethereum because they are dumping right now. If you want it to easily grow up then you should invest it first with the top listed coins. So that, you have assurance that you can earn it specially, if the price will suddenly hike. |

Invest 100 in a top 20 market cap coin, 250 in ranking 20 to 100 market cap coin and 150 in a coin or 2 rated outside of top 100 or a nice ICO. The actual coins you choose is up to you, but I would personally choose NEO,
zilliqa, Deep Brain Chain and Spotcoin

I would definitely suggest you to buy more ethereum first its the best altcoin in the market and its first coin to hit moon in bull run. Ada cardano and komodo are great coin projects as well which I can suggest to you.

I have no idea why don't use the search function and always asking same question, Actually $500 investment on crypto market just a very small amount, so maybe check coinmarketcap top 100 cryptocurrency, separate $500 and invest 2 different altcoin, maybe you can check Play2live, start trading on 21 May and ICO sale rearch $30M hardcap, so do your own research and Good Luck

That need to be your decision, we could only recommend you some coins like first ten or something like that but remember that the last word is always yours, if you want i could tell you that neo or waves are good coins which can bring some profit after some months of holding. |
