It surprises me that VTC is not on mintpal with such huge support and marketcap. If everyone could put some votes in we can avoid craptsy and maybe get some additional people interested in VertCoin! Vote on mintpal: https://www.mintpal.com/voting

There is, actually. One of the community members & pool owners made this - http://www.verters.com/multivertI don't see any stats on the hashrate of the multivert portion, or anything, though.

the price down For someone that claims to be a stock broker, you don't seem to understand the market very well

the price down Don't worry The price decline is temporary meeting! Maybe tomorrow, the price began to rise! price seems to be quite stable in the last days. it`s about 260k... look at all the other coins. hard times for cryptocurrencies... but vert will come back to 350k +! I think the market separates the wheat from the chaff atm. weak coins will die and strong coins will survive

You got to do a gradual reduction of rewards, otherwise price will keep faltering.
Guess nobody is here to hear this.

Guess nobody is here to hear this. Marketcap = issued coins * echange rate. You can lower the rewards and play with the remaining coins, but that won't be helpful in the long run. Remember this coin is meant to be used as a fiat alternative, not as the x'teenth pump & dump scam.

Guess nobody is here to hear this. Sorry I did notice your post before and meant to reply, but I never got round to it. I disagree - for two reasons: 1. Hardforking to change the economics of the system is a terrible idea - even if miners went along with such a suggestion, it would still damage trust in the parameters of the chain - certainty is important. 2. Price isn't faltering, and even if it were, the people who are watching the price every 5 minutes are probably better off in something other than VTC. If someones primary focus is "what can I sell this for today in terms of fiat or BTC" that implies to me a fundamental preference for either fiat (in which case I have no idea why that person would be involved with cryptos) or BTC (in which case I have no idea why that person would be involved in an ASIC resistant coin). If your main interest is in mining a chain that resists ASICs because of a belief that they are bad for security, or you're invested in VTC because of the same belief, then I doubt you'd care much what the price was today.
