Got tied up with a number of other projects and haven't gotten to the blockchain explorer yet. Hopefully tonight I can spin up a server for it.

But because I wanted to give people a way to look up a transaction ID, or a block hash, or a block number, I added a quick block explorer. http://alienco.in/explorer.phpThis way... until I get the time to build the full blown block explorer you still have searching capabilities. Don't worry about the styling right now. I'll be working on it tonight. Any donations (as suggested above) are greatly appreciated -> AGeGTSuPauHUrpCfbix2LZWSZBgVR7Kcyo * * * My next two tasks for aliencoin are to build a SETI Donation area where all the donations will be publicly listed and tracked for transparency. (The records will be online for all to see). And then build the comprehensive block explorer. Oh and if you want to suggest a feature for the site or code aspect, you can probably find me on the #aliencoin IRC chat.... although I think I'm the only one there

Does anyone know the guy from Luckymine that is the channel op for #aliencoin. It would be good to get some additional channel ops for the IRC.

Also put up the SETI Research Project Donation page. http://alienco.in/project.phpYou can see how a donation address is generated for each project the Aliencoin community looks to support or fund. All donations are then publicly tracked, so you can make sure your funds are going to where the project says they are going to go. I'm just waiting on miseree to get me more information about the project so we can put an "about funding project" into the page. Must now leave Starbucks and go plug my laptop in... I'm out of juice.... too much coding.

Aliencoin has committed to donating, but hasn't committed an amount yet. Just to clarify... we have an address out there dedicated to SETI and I see 4 donations so far. Who is managing that wallet? I assume you are...? If we can get SETI to commit, do you think it would be best to get an address from their wallet? Or are we just going to donate to a private wallet in their name for the time being? I think that will be a bit of a trust issue for some. Btw I put 5000 ALN your way. :-) TxID 7249f230670226cf9546c42e4d32ca8d18ca698b835117dc0e64365b3c84b991. Thanks for your help. You're the best thing to happen to this coin so far. I hope others will see the value in your service and show their support too.

Right now the wallet is connected to the API. Hopefully in the next day or two I can institute offline cold-storage wallets into the API so that any donation projects can be safely managed by anyone. But for now.... the transparency of each "donation log" is what we have to go with until I can setup the offline wallets.

You don't have to visit the site to use it, you can simply type in a URL like: http://alienco.in/explorer.php?transaction=PUT_TRANSACTION_HEREhttp://alienco.in/explorer.php?block_hash=PUT_BLOCK_HASH_HEREhttp://alienco.in/explorer.php?block_height=PUT_BLOCK_NUMBER_HEREso you can link that transaction ID you typed above like this: 7249f230670226cf9546c42e4d32ca8d18ca698b835117dc0e64365b3c84b991

Great work wpstudio, as soon as I'm back on my computer I will send a bounty to you and a donation to the SETI project. Trading activity is picking up and a bit more volume now which is good to see and let's hope it continues. Everyone keep up the good work and again thank you to wpstudio.

I asked the coindice script guy about a discount for the aliencoin community but he passed. (Don't want to pay 1.1BTC for a simple PHP codebase.) So I'll continue developing my own version of some games.

Don't worry about the alienco.in website right now. This week I'll make it responsive so that you can use it on your mobile device as well. By doing this, you will be able to quickly generate an aliencoin offline wallet to receive aliencoins from your friends when you're out at the pub.
