I sent an email over to the guys at https://coin-horse.com about adding DigiByte to their list, no reply as of yet but if I do get one I'll paste it here. It's not the busiest betting site but it would be a nice start Maybe one of the dev's could also shoot of an email if they have a spare minute.

If I could code up and design my own betting site I'd be doing that but its a bit too far above my league unfortunately.

ive always using queue=0 scan=1 expire=1 i dont know if it helps you but it help early coins to get the hash job done fast!

hey creative been mining for 4 hrs and only have 261 confirmed and 1229 unconfirmed.  this has been painfully slow progress.  why is it taking soo long to confirm the blocks.  yes i know it got split in half but damn 261 confirms for 4 hrs is ridiculous...

Just in case people didn't know, you can go to Cryptsy and open a support ticket requesting a new coin to be added. They just close the ticket once they get it, but I'm pretty sure they choose which one to add next based on volume!
