Hello folks, I´m trying to recover a 2014 wallet.dat file with around a million DGB and keep having problems.

First of all, it always says this message when opening it: Error reading wallet.dat. All keys read succesfully but transaction data or address book entries might be missing or incorrect. After that message the wallet loads and syncs.
I tried replacing the the wallet.dat file when just opening the wallet (quickly close, replace and then let it sync) and also after letting it sync and replacing the .dat. Also tried -rescan, -salvagewallet and -zapwallettxes=1 and =2 from the commandline and it keeps showing 0 DGB (both replacing .dat before and after sync)

Has anybody got this issue too before? Does anyone know a solution?

Thanks.

Yes, it has to be DGB. I just had 2 wallet.dat files and tried both of them and also think for the dates it should be this one (the one I tried with -salvagewallet and -rescan).

Can someone help me with the roadmap on this project? Where can I find it? Also, where does the team talks with the community? Didn't find slack, so maybe there is an alternative?

If you are new to $DGB core wallet please note it takes a few hours for the wallet to initially sync with the #blockchain & tx's to appear.

HODL!  You ain't seen nothing yet.  Even some of the most optimistic people are being blown away by DGB's growth and I think it will get picked up by more foreign exchanges soon which could help immensely.

1000 satoshi is not big thing to expect now. Digibyte was suppressed for long time now it is reaction back to push the market as far as possible. I am not very good in holding and already out but I am loyal and hanging around to buy back again later.

I know, I´ve been all the week trying and letting it fully sync. Could it be some kind of old wallet vs new wallet compatibility issue? I also read some strange happening with Dash, but in my case I don´t see any transaction received (https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/all-coins-lost-error-message-importing-old-darkcoin-wallet-all-transaction-at-0-000.8439/).

Well I totally sold out and made a bucket load of profit. I couldn't resist. Thank you to the whales on poloniex and digibyte team for the great reward. At one stage I thought it would never happen, if it goes to a 1000 still there is no regrets from my side. Will buy again if it dips under 100.

Good going! You know the old saying? Nobody ever went broke taking profits.  Grin

And while it was 5000 times undervalued at 20 SAT, and 1000 times at 100, now it's "only" 200 times. Risk reward has changed at lot and now DGB's also playing in the big leagues. The challenge will be to stay there.

Didn't get a fill on this run. Oh well. Next time.
