600 seems rather arbitrary. Personally I feel it won't go much lower than it currently is because there seem to be a number of ppl waiting for the rebound. As soon as there is reasonable upward movement we'll be off again. For me the real question is will the people who bought at the top and are currently bitching about it will wait to make decent gains or foolishly get out at small loss and stall the recovery.

People who keep up this kind of negative hype or whatever you want to call it, make me want to see a huge pump soon just so they can watch Digibyte rise. But then again another fast pump would mean another fast decline sooner or later.

I agree. You figure coinmarketcap has 747 markets listed on there (many junk coins too) but DigiByte was the only one to appear there. Impressive nonetheless. One thing I noticed is there was a few companies there sporting technology from the blockchain. It obviously shows that blockchain technology is here to stay and becoming a force the big guys can't deny. DigiByte definitely got some attention from some very large companies, this is seriously a major win for them.

Solomining on new Digibyte core wallet v6.14.2

In Digibyte v6.14.2 "getwork" is gone. It now uses getblocktemplate.
So if you want to mine on the new wallet you have to change your configs!

These instructions are for people that already know how to solo mine.

LINUX:


Step 1. Generate an rpcauth code to put in your digibyte.conf file by going to this link https://github.com/digibyte/digibyte/tree/6.14.0/share/rpcuser and download and put the file in your digibyte root folder.
 
Step 2. Run it by typing “python ./rpcuser.py [user]” ([user] can be what you choose to put in)It will show you something like this.

Step 4. Change your bat or config  for your miner!

At this example i use algo=qubit so i want to mine qubit.
I use the cpuminer.
If you use other algo and other miners just read the help.txt which comes with your miningsoftware!

I bought in pretty high, still have faith in this coin tho, it's not a collectors value coin like 90% of the rest, will see a huge spike when PSN market is introduced.
That being said, i still regret buying in high, as of now my funds are what you call locked, due to this uncertainty of the coinflippers out there waiting for the new weekly low..

I checked twitter and there is a lot off tweets. Also, I see hype tweets about the price with it.

Minethatdigi is done by enthusiasts that like Digibyte. I have contact with the owner for a long time so I know him well.

Further, I am not gonna leak anything that can affect the price. I am only replying because I see wrong info going around.

Yes I am a Digibyte holder but I would also reply without that to defend the owner. Yes I will link the recent discussion with them to.

In the coming week they will fix most bugs and tweak the game given on feedback give it time its a free time project for them remember that.
