If you mouse over down right corner of your qt wallet you see the last block downloaded... the digishield is coming on block 67200... so 67200 - the last block = blocks left for digishield

The current exchanges DigiByte is on do not have an API to interface with for price like Cryptsy. Coinmarket is also down at the moment. As soon as an exchange adds the functionality or we get on more exchanges we will add it in there.
