Well, I understand nothing. I would love to continue to mine digibyte but for now, pools don't give me anymore dgb. My hashrate appears but no dgb in the pool. I'm alone in this case ?
Why oh why do people not use p2p? It's the same for all coins, complaining about payouts at regular pools while there is such a good alternative like p2p! Example: yesterday evening i mined a couple of hours aurora coin, stopped after 2 hours mining and about 0.25 coins, this morning i was still receiving coins from p2p and i got 1 auroracoin now, p2p is soooooo good man! I just try it too the p2pool ... I will earn 100 dgb in a hour lol. On the pool yesterday, I reached 40 000 in the day. Well I don't understand at all what happen with dgb. Now it seems we earn very less coins / day. Someone can confirm ?

I think there is a anti hopping in P2pool, it means you'll be paid for the first time only after mining 12 hours. form Hollowstorm previous page: 4) P2pools have an anti Pool-hopping mechanism. New Miners must go through around 12 hours of mining to get the first payout. That means the difficulty in the p2pool that your mining in will not swing left and right...PS(sorry in french): un chti'mi ? ça nous connait la mine en p2pool il te faut attendre 12h pour recevoir le premier paiement, c'est une protection.

Also, P2Pools are best for 350Kh/s+ Workers. This can vary upon the difficulty.. If someone can make a P2Pool Min. KH/s req. calculator, that would be great! e.g. http://ltc.noshit.pl/p2poolMy Bounty is still up: http://redd.it/1y2gtw

For sure, everytime there is people complaining with pools, stratum down, no rewards, url down etc... You should try p2pool. 1. Stay always at least 12h to have a stable reward on p2pool. 2. If there is node problems, your shares will be saved, just change node and you are good. You never lose your work on p2pool. 3. Always choose a p2pool with a good ping regarding your location. If in Europe you may try my p2pool EDIT: Keep voting 10 times per day ----> https://www.allcrypt.com/voting

How to update from v1.0.0.4-g-beta to digishield ? without losting my DGB ^^ ? Open Wallet. 1. Click on File > Backup Wallet 2. Save Wallet.dat somewhere safe. 3. Downlaod Latest wallet: http://www.digibyte.co/download-digibyte4. Delete old wallet and replace with new wallet 5. Start New Wallet and check balance. 6. If Balance 0, then use your Backed-up wallet.dat and place in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DigiByte Done! Thank you so much

question about p2pool
I have several machines with cpu/gpu and the aggregation of all can go up to 5Mh/s , but each machine is just like 200/300kH/s
How does p2poll handle this? as i read it's best to have high hashrate, is it global directed to a unique wallet, or per worker ?
So far I'm on coinium and it is ok, but I like the p2pool approach.

It is per wallet address. If all of your workers are working from the same cgminer instance, i.e. from 1 wallet address.. then it'll be treated as 1 worker. For your 300Kh/s+ Workers (per cgminer instance) .. i would recommend 'p2pool' for under that value. MPOS is great. Again, 300Kh/s is a guesstimate. We need someone to code a Min. required Hashrate Calculator for p2pools

Even if you are on different machines/rigs if you pointed on the same address you mine as a single worker.

All my gpu are pointed on the same address for a total of 6.5mh/s, no problem at all for those who are not use to it. One address for all miners is enough.

DigiByte has been added to P2Pool.org! To view the pool stats visit: http://p2pool.org:9022/To mine DGB point your miner to: http://p2pool.org:9022Use your DGB wallet address as the username and anything for a password. Example BFGMINER config: bfgminer --scrypt -o http://p2pool.org:9022 -u address -p password Happy Mining!

Good, we have a lot of nodes! Somehow people must learn that p2pool is awesome and why! Its the most fair, safe and easy way to mine a coin! Especially for loyal miners is the most fair and profitable way to mine! I thing a good explanation is the one above (it refers to another coin but its a good explanation) http://www.reddit.com/r/reddCoin/comments/1xys08/p2pool_accept_nothing_less/LETS GO PEOPLE!
