It has been brought to my attention that I have been posting a fake pool containing a Java wallet stealer: Release a coin without the pool, sounds about right. RapidMiners have setup a pool for Peseta, the first 20 people to quote this thread with there username will recieve 0 fee's for life! Let's get mining. I have a feeling that someone has been using my account as some of the login details here are the same as they were on the CoinArmy pool. I, and I'm sure quite a lot of you too, have been having problems with that pool since the start. I would highly recommend you check that pool and any other pools or accounts you have with similar login details. I know, I know, I shouldn't have used the same details! Lesson learned! I have changed them now. |

I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.

What is all this chatter about pools getting hacked today? I would probably stick with solo, P2P or Poolerino with a unique account... USDE difficulty still affordable to small rigs  |

Significantly changing the basic coin spec on the front page without notification (apart from a single PM to a single user) is not good enough.
It signifies a massive fail of the smell test.
It deserves a full explanation (to the community) of exactly what the difficulty retarget calculation is, and why it was described as "2 hours". Otherwise they may question your ethics and/or competence.
I'm ready to delete my roaming/usde folder.

The coin specs are actually a 2hr re-target, but one of our newly hired moderators made the mistake of following a poster's suggestion and updating the main thread without consulting with the USDE Dev, DrRazi. He was mistaken by the 2hr re-target at a 3x difficulty and simply multiplied the numbers. In order to prevent any future mishaps, we have taken away thread moderator access from everyone except Gov Cryptonankee. The first page has been updated to reflect the correct information. Sorry about the confusion, Gov. Cryptonankee +1 awesome. |
