If you use this, cgminer looks every how much minutes if the first pool is available?
I have setup some of my configs like this but i'm curious how fast it detects that the pool is open...

Coin forked, nothing was mined. Pool closed after two hours of crap from the gift devs. Wasn't the only pool to have problems.
