Difficulty retarget changed to :max 200% per 30mins,due to the interest form the mining community

Curious....  This is the second time retarget has been lowered due to Quote "interest from the community".   I cannot find on this forum or twitter;  that anybody has mentioned a long retarget time.  I believe there was one person in the first couple pages.  

Is there some other "community" where you are interacting?  Another forum?


I'm not trying to say one is better or worse, just curious where the "community outcry" for a change is.  I've seen several other things requested in magnitude without effect;   so if there is another location of discussion, that would make sense.
