So if we use a pool we don't even need to use the ultracoin miner? could we just use cgminer instead?

it is script jane so use a script jane capable miner ;-)

to start a wallet is not nessecary or you might be solo mining ofc
a pool should be up now for registrations de devs can start the " game" on time

No, you need the UTC miner either way.  Just depends on if you are mining from your wallet (solo) or pool

Why isnt the pool up yet, only 25 min left, the pool wont take the load if everyone needs to access at the same time.

It is not fair from devs at all.. they have huge premine and are not even able to sort things up?

there is an old stratum proxy, you'd have to search the old scrypt threads to find a link and i am not saying for sure it'd work for scrypt-jane although i don't think the protocol is related to the mining in that way
