I used to be a hodler until realized that this is the worst tactic  when the market is going down. Sometimes it's better to sell your coins to minimize your losses, at least I prefer such trading strategy.

If the coin you hold does not have long-term potential, it can be the right step to sell to reduce the level of loss if, on the contrary, when you sell it, in the future there will be an increase in regret gained. Once again all decisions are in your own hands

There a re tons of people that do not hodl, and that is fine too. Yes I ama holder. And a long term on, meaning that I plan to hodl for the next 5 years or forever if cryptos become usuable and spenda me I  everyday life.
