Yes, all running fine AFAICT. Hopefully you'll grow big enough you can hire people for 24/7 support & monitoring!  I'm struggling more with how I can hire someone who could be of any use without giving them access to people's money. I think I'll need to write a lot of new code for some kind of support interface. |

I think there is a problem with MTC deposits
They have updated the wallet and changed the name to MTS I think this may be the problem
I sent some coins about 40 mins ago and they still have 0 confirmations and are not showing on my incoming balances
Could you look into this when you have time thanks

I swear, I'm this close to delisting MTC. It's caused so many problems, and the developers don't tell me anything or respond. Good developers always keep me informed--and there are plenty of those. Anyway, I'll look into this now. And, yes, for anyone who hasn't heard -- Poloniex just listed Counterparty! Very cool thing, Counterparty. (I don't want to call it a coin, because it's so much more.) |

Quick Question. signed up to your exchange for huntercoin.
I am at a loss how to deposit btc to buy other coins, on the balance screen I see coins listed but the addresses are all stuck on generating.
I figured maybe I just had to wait with the page open but after a few minutes still no change.
Just want to make sure I am not missing something, very tired lol ...

Great exchange, loving the accessible charts and UI. I feel like it's a sexier BTC-e. Had a few pages hang and experienced delays but no deposit/withdrawal problems. Keep up the good work!

Possibly try going to settings/time correction for codes/sync now May or may not help but worth a shot. Loving how quick deposits and withdrawals are processed on this site I wish all exchanges could be this quick.  |

Deposited some CGA - Traded around 50% of it, however my current balance is 0CGA - Checked my trade history, it doesn't add up (lots of coins missing) Also checked my active trades and there is nothing there. It seems my coins have 'vanished' - Emailed about 5 hours ago but no reply  The exchange rate for this coin has since gone down so I have lots quite a bit here! |

@busoni: how "current price" is calculated (the one shown in "markets")? It is not last transaction price I hope? Should be weighted arithmetic mean from some period I think.

Counterparty (XCP), that is trading between .009 and .027 on Poloniex has a TX Fee of 0.1 XCP. That is robbery, a 10% fee on such a valuable coin. C'mon OP, this can't be how you are trying to attract business, right?
