Many, many months ago there were discussions on how to get DRK to "the next level"... Now that the code is public, tweeting isn't going to do shit for the coin in all reality. What really needs to happen is:

1. Increased adoption as a legit currency, whether this is Open Bazaar or other places, I don't know.

2. I think I was underwhelmed by Kristov's analysis and while I can't wrap my head around why, it still might be worthwhile to get some other trusted voice in cryptography involved on an audit.. maybe I was just looking for some sort of definitive statement outlining the effectiveness of the privacy/anonymity stuff...

3. Another thing discussed was getting Evan out into the public eye, via conferences... this was the only one I recall seeing:

I'll be speaking at the Cryptocurrency Convention on Apr 9th in NewYork, detailing how DarkSend works and promoting DarkCoin. If anyone will be in NewYork at that time I'd love to meet you!

He is lying, it was my friend who dumped the coins yesterday, he got freaked out by the Mintpal fiasco and wanted out of crypto. I told him to calm down, but it didn't help.

Well, I would have bet a masternode on him not having the DRK to dump but it looks like he is dumping for Ripple as he said. Whoever he is.  I believe that it is his loss.  No need to be a douche about it.

It's the LTC Bag Holding mod that goes by the name of Shitjayxt that has our posts deleted all the time.  Most of illodin's posts get deleted because he caught Shitjayxt posting from the wrong troll account, trying to fake an Asian accent.  Quite possibly the funniest 'gotcha' in the history of this forum...

For anyone who's interested, a sneak peak at the next release of Darkcoin:

TLDR:

- Next release will go out in the next two days probably, I'm going with the community and calling it "The Onyx Release"
- It features mandatory, non-exploitable Masternode payments.
- Masternode payments are completely predictable now. I.e., if there's 2000 masternodes you can expect 1 payment every 4 days (divide the amount of nodes by the blocks per day to get your ROI).
- Masternode payments will go to 25% one week from release (non-manditory)
- Afterwards I encourage the community to find the pools still paying 20% and contact them to make sure they update their stratum before it's too late
- Masternode payments beyond that will increase to 30% in November, 35% in December and continue on until we get at least 3000 masternodes.
- Huge security updates to Darksend. It's much more robust and can take a beating.
