I have started some advertising for Chaincoin in the Google add display network, so if anyone wants to chip in with Chaincoin, i will increase the daily money i spend on it, so we get more visibility. Even better if someone could make a half decent webpage that i could point to, that might help as well, currently i just pointing at the start of this thread witch is suboptimal

Possibly someone modified DarkCoin kernel in my sph-sgminer to use it to mine ChainCoin. The only difference between the coins is that in DarkCoin skein is after groestl while in ChainCoin it's after keccak, so adapting the miner is trivial, you just have to move few lines of code in kernel/darkcoin.cl and darkcoin.c.

It would, in my opinion, be a good idea for the additional rewards to dedicated community members to be handed out more gradually; more like a salary than an overall lump sum. This adds in an incentive to keep "doing" whatever it is they are doing to contribute.

I've found miners are more receptive towards a coin if you pre release the wallet as a passworded zip. Just a thought.

Some benchmarks I got:

CPU Intel 4771 - 240 KH/s
GPU R9 270X - 725 KH/s

This makes CPU mining still a viable option compared to GPU mining.
