yesterday you told us the "forgot my password" button will be added...
It was yesterday and today there is nothing... I know it's a bit early but I am waiting since sunday to have it...
Now I'm a bit scarried, I don't have any information of my account and my funds who are there...
Coinmarket.io, can you explain me what is the problem?.... Did my account has been blocked or deleted, I don't know... But when I'm clicking on login, the site send me to the homepage... I have the strange feeling that my account has been deleted....

Your e-mail address in our database is excactly what you're asking us to set.

We can see that qq.com is plagued with 451 errors due to different reasons,
typically a user with full mailbox will generate 451 and not accept e-mail.

Do not worry about your coins.

If I want to buy usde for 1 btc, so i put in a buy order at a rate way above the sell order, but it doesn't go higher than the first sell order, while that might only be 0,01 btc. So I`ll have to wait until somebody matches my buy order, though it is already matched coz i put in a higher rate, which means like 10 transactions could be off the list.
Now I`ll have to wait and put in a new buy order everytime the sell order matches the buy order instead of the buy order matches the sell order.

This is how it works right now. Its not a serious issue, just an annoying bug that will be fixed in February.

qq.com has internal problems not related to our systems, and we are tired from processing all the chinese guys with qq.com, seriously.
For some reason, it's the chinese that can send us 10-20 PM's each, asking to solve a problem of 0.01 or less BTC, with the worst english we ever seen,
while the guys with serious amounts like 0.5-3 BTC are quiet and wait for us to process all the chinese spam.
We are considering closing beta access (registrations and placing orders) for China.

ybaby521: We have confirmed your withdrawal. Create a new account, use a proper mail provider and move on.
If you fail to do this, do not expect *fast* support.
