Just wanted to list myself as a satisfied customer. Everything worked quickly and without a hitch. Wouldn't have been possible without bitcoin. Thanks for the great service.
This is nice to hear, greg. I've been a user and shareholder of bitcointorrentz pretty much from the start. One tends to forget how awesome something is once it has become part of ones routine. bitcointorrentz is one of the 3 services I actually use bitcoin to pay for regularly. looked for the upvote arrow, realized i was on the wrong (right?) site. anyways. +1 to both of ya. |

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

So, erm, I'm having further troubles. The AJAX popup appears now, as opposed to the situation I described in my last post, but the "downloading" status page never changes now. The fields are blank for "File size" and all the way down the page, for a very well seeded torrent.
It seems like earlier, the bitcoind.exe server was screwed up, which you then fixed, but now the Torrent download service itself is a bit screwed up. It's not a big deal at the moment for me, but it might be for other customers.
Regardless, glad to hear you're still alive. And good for you for taking the Macbook repair into your own hands when you thought you were about to be ripped off. Sometimes it's best to trust your intuition or get a second opinion at least.

Hi guys, the bitcoind process crashed during the week and had to be restored. That was what was causing the invisible popup box issue. I fixed that issue silently, hope it didn't cause too much inconvenience. The site should be running as normal.
As for the messages about me being AWOL, I did mention previously that I had just started a new job and that I would be online here intermittently for the next while. Oh come on. It's nonsense allright (but at least my part can easily be identified as such. Where is your sense of humor?), but it's on-topic. I never had the slightest doubt as to mjs whereabouts and/or the continuation of the service, as indicated by my smiley and assertion that I would buy, just in case you were implying I would be "fear-mongering" and trying to drive price down (I _am_ indeed very long on this issue and trying to buy more). |
